I have lived here for 2 years now. First of all, the rent is reasonably priced. (The pet rent is also very reasonable compared to other places). On top of that, The service I have recieved here is unmatched. When I first moved in there was an issue with the dishwasher. Within 5 hours of putting in the request they had come out to look at it AND completely replaced the dishwasher. I have never had any maintenance request take more than 12 hrs. If you see roaches in your apartment, you can request extra pest control to fix the issue. I have never had a bug issue that has not been fixed. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. The only "downside" is that the gate is usually broken. In management's defense, every time they fix the gate(which is very often), some impatient person breaks it by trying to squeeze two cars through the gate at once.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to live on a budget. I definitely feel like I have gotten more than I'd expect given the low rent I pay.

Nothing and nowhere is perfect, I have read and seen other comment. I have lived in this apartment complex long enough to give my fair judgement, people can say or give any kind of review which is good cos it only brings about upgrading living standards and improvements. This apartment is one of the best I have lived in. No violence, no issues of stealing and kidnapping and best of all no gangsterism. They have genuine staffs always ready to listen and work with you.Thank you Amy for all the improvements and good changes and I know that you can do more.

Save your money it’s not worth it , The property manager Will only cares about his car collection like there are so many internal problems just as much as external but their doing “construction” as if it’s helping anything or controlling the pest problem we have in this complex the office staff is not genuine and just tell you anything, I called them out on it a few times like you got to be type aggressive to actually get the point across to them but overall they don’t care like they will offer you to break the lease vs resolving the issue SAVE YOUR MONEY , Harlow just opened across the street so check them out , $1300 a month is not worth it . And P.S to Westminster don’t reply to this because I can care less for what you to have respond back with

Rent is way too high to have to park four buildings away multiple times a week. Something needs to be done about the fact that we regularly have 4-6 parking spots blocked off with construction equipment that no one is even using. Just let me park in front of the building I pay to live in.

Every disappointment is a blessing. Every first impression is a lasting impression. Dishonesty is not good. I asked specific questions before applying. Of course as it states on the security deposit section was stated to me in the face. Later told it doesn’t applies. A resident pass by on our way in and told my husband and I. Don’t do it. Please don’t do it. Well if I got that warning and the reviews on here. It’s for the best.

I have been experiencing Discrimination, Aggravated Stalking, Harassment, Blackmail, Intimidation, Defamation, Bullying and Landlord Retaliation. My unit is not inhabitable, and the complex itself is not secured or safe, which further violates our Lease. Negligence is noticed as far back as 6/18/21, when I initially moved in, but more specifically the other behaviors and treatment really aggressively started in March '22. My Landlord/Complex Owner/General Manager (all the same person) filed a Dispossessory Eviction by way of his lawyer on 12/16/22, using a Falsified Police Report, and also with false claims and no proof to back up any of their bogus claims. Then, the day after I was served a Summons from a Sheriff (12/22/22) on 12/23/22 I received a third, and very confusing and contradicting to the other two Correspondences, stating 'if I didn't agree to settle out of court then they will pursue suing me for over $15,000 (In Magistrate Court), and will make sure it's a jury trial.', I assume to intimidate me? I know they have no grounds, nor any supporting evidence for their claims. I was representing myself in the attempted litigation with the lawyer, but he adamantly refused to provide any evidence or supporting documents to his client's claims. He further definitively said they do not have to provide anything to me. He said I was not allowed to remove any posts from my personal social media accounts, which are my own words, facts, and my truth as to the hell we've been through everyday since 12/8/22, when I was initially presented with a falsified, and later acknowledged as such "Late Notice" on my door, when my rent was paid in full even at that time. I responded to the Summons and fully anticipate counter-suing them to the fullest extent. Our court date is 1/27/23.

We've been here for about a year and a half and have lost water at least 5 times. How many of those did they care to warn us beforehand? Once. The amount of maintenance that goes on with everything still breaking is atrocious while office staff says and does nothing. Meanwhile, it's a terrible spot that makes you perform a U-turn if you want to turn left out of the complex but evening traffic makes that extremely difficult on a good day. On top of it all, they have the gall to up rent over $100. Don't rent here, it's not worth your stress.

After a year of living here on this property complex I can say that these are the best apartments to live in, every maintenance worker and the office staff are really kind and helpful in every aspect. I have never lived in a community that my maintenance work gets done so quick! I love living here!!

The structure of these apartments are awful. The stairs, walls, and floor morphed and broke in the year we lived in it. Luckily William Simpson helped with overseeing the repairs but it still makes me worry about the apartments that they are “updating” with a new coat of paint. The problems i have are structural so I’m not sure what they can do about that or even if they did do anything about it. I guess its a good price compared to all the other trashier apartments that are way more expensive but its a “good enough for now” apartment.

UPDATE: Dont let the new paint job fool you. Its basically putting makeup on a pig. Our neighbor just moved out and a couple days later we noticed people looking at the apartment but no maintenance fixing any problems that are there. How about instead of repainting the apartments they fix the structural problems that happen on the inside of the apartments and the messed up streets that are cracked and shifted from the roots of trees. The manager Amy is also inconsiderate and unprofessional. I have emailed her over the course of a year multiple times and did not get a response ever. I called multiple times a day after the email and every time she ignored me. She is a trash Manager.

Great place to live. They are doing some major improvments to the property and it is looking great! The location is phenomenal!

I have been here for 10 months and it’s 10 months too long. The apartment was very poorly prepared upon moving in. The staff is problematic. They lost payments and blamed us(eventually we proved they lost it). They say one thing then pretend it was never said. There are creatures of all kinds invading the apartment all year round. The “fence” has had barely functioning gates maybe 2-3 months out of the year. The gates are usually held open with ropes. Woke up one morning to it smelling like open paint buckets which made us very sick. I assume they were preparing an adjoining apartment( they like to paint over everything including the tub with cheap white paint to trick new tenants. Trust me you'll see paint peeling off everywhere around month 5-6.)Please do yourself a favor and avoid this complex. You’ve been warned. Wish someone would’ve warned me.

I NEVER write reviews but i got time today! I really have been searching for a decent place to live and would like to speak with someone about availability m! HOWEVER , The young lady answering the phone hung up on me several times for no reason! After she greeted me with the apartments name I asked about a 2BDR she hung up! I called back she picked up and hung up. I called again no answer. So rude . So classless , you at work honey do your job! ?

Great experience at Westminster. We moved from abroad for work. Very multicultural and diverse. The Property manager is very helpful and the maintenance team is very responsive. would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a safe place. The property is gated.

The property manager takes care of the property and addresses the needs of the tenants. Work order requests are addressed promptly and there is always someone at the main office to help. Overall a good place for a good price compared to other rentals.
