Customer pickup window unattended, rang the bell multiple times and nothing happened. Hoping for a redelivery now but what the hell?

This place is The WORST! They are supposed to open at 830am and I had to go several times in the back to ask them where their Customer Service employees are because at 930am they hadn't opened yet! I mean they deserve 0 Stars if there was this option! Don't expect any service with these guys!
