Bruno was amazing !! He was great help and I would give 5 stars for him alone , unfortunately I’m giving two because the useless woman with the IPad was not only judgmental but also the rudest , meanest woman. I have never in my life come across such bad behavior from a customer service standpoint. I’m unsure of this useless iPad holding woman’s name , however she should quit or get fired because she is scaring people away . Horrible!! :(

The worst customer service I have received in a bank. Sandi Feller (the regional branch manager) will fight you and be disrespectful if she gets confused. I tried to cash a check that bounced once and her teller didn’t know if it will go through (it will if it has funds). Sandi came over with an attitude and looking at me like she wanted to hit me. I left the store and contacted her boss. I hope she gets training. Bad, bad customer service.

Had to cash a check today. My trailer precludes me from using drive thru and drive thru staff usually fusses if i attempt to walk through. I stood in line up next fo about 10 to 15 minutes ehile Drive thru has no customers. Finally I tell the floor guy I'm walking up to the drive thru anyway. I do and she doesn't give me any grief. I suggest to the lady she might want to pick up the customers that were standing behind me. She makes no effort to do so. Moreover, the lady that was ahead of me is still there using the only inside teller.

They stripped me of my posessions, took all of my money, and the tellers beat me up. I am now homeless and live in a barrel at the nearby Publix. Attached photo is said barrel. Sorry for image quality, i have an android phone.

Usually two cashiers and 5 management personnel, it really doesn't look good, so one day can be your lucky day and the other one not, , but hey! is WF after all

I came in to initiate a wire transfer for a home purchase. Vidya Kumar was assisting me when their wire system went down. She took my info and said she would call me back when it was back online. There is always the fear that people will say they will call and then don't. She did call me back and I was able to come back and get the wire completed. Fantastic service and love to work with those that are true to their world.

Very easily the worst branch. The ATM very rarely works. It's an act of Congress to get some change even when you have an account there. This is entirely more complicated banking than it needs to be.

The 2520 Dallas Highway branch in Marietta provides the worst customer service combined with a unfriendly manager. All other Wells Fargo branches provide proper and considerate attention to their customers. After over 10 years of being a Wells Fargo customer in Atlanta and Marietta, Ga. I suggest you avoid this branch . If there is anyway this bank or its manager can cause an inconvenience to you or your clients they will do so. Their rating should be a minus1.

Trying to open IRAs for myself and my wife. Went to the branch and found the door locked due to corona. When I called from my car I was told I have to do it online. I find that very frustrating and she offered no help. Quite disappointing.

Wow! I came here to write a review for my banker, Mrs. Cronin and the previous comment just proved me right of how wonderful she is. This young lady helped me a lot. I came to ask a simple question but she gave me an eye opening experience. Because of how I was treated and her expertise, I would be using Wells Fargo for all my business. Thank you Sarah!
