Horrible service, the lack of customer service provided by the representative at the door is unacceptable. The rudeness towards me and my husband was unnecessary upon our visit which lasted literally 2 minutes thanks to her quick kick us out the door approach. First and foremost she didn’t ask for our names, as soon as well through door she look at her clock and started attacking as saying you’re going to have to reschedule we won’t help you not even knowing who we were. How can someone with this kind of attitude work here? Inhumane and so zero personality. I received a call this morning and confirm my appointment for a business account today at 4pm. I arrived at 4:15pm due to heavy traffic and rain. Per the representative I will have to reschedule. This absolutely horrible service as I clearly confirm my attendance and you all did not even have the courtesy to call before canceling. Supposably you waited till 4:12pm and canceled which is a lie because you change the story twice and first told me 4:05pm and then 4:10pm. Don’t you think since it is raining, traffic is heavier you giving the client a call checking if they are on their way would have been the right thing to do? This is the worse service I have ever been provided especially by a professional bank. I am already a client and have been for years and due to today’s service I will be changing banks. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Horrible customer service!!!

Deni(manager) and Zhara were very helpful today with my experience at the bank. I came in with my request and they gave me many different options for what I could do. They acknowledged me when I walked it and greeted me with a smiling face. I have no bad words to say and this branch in this day simply does not deserve a 3.0 rating.

Asked to turn some large bills into small bills, and they declined me because I’m not a Wells Fargo account holder. But they were happy to process a cash advance off my debit card in the exact same amount for the exact bills I wanted. Illogical policy

Wells Fargo East Lake is small in size but big in stature. Outstanding branch manager FERNANDA REALI sets the friendly, professional tone. Team members consistently show their strong commitment to customers and handle monetary transactions with a high level of accuracy.

Very slow if you’re unfortunate and have to venture inside.. two tellers, line to the door, they don’t seem to get into a hurry for anything. 24 minutes in-line as of this review.

Workers are SO RUDE. I have no idea how these people are working there. Walked in, was having trouble with my account, had been on the phone with Wells Fargo twice that day and they told me to go to my nearest branch, so I did. Walked in and was immediately treated with disrespect. I was confused and didn’t seem like I was getting a straight forward answer on anything I was asking, and the manager at the time struts over to me and the banker I’m talking to, rudely says “Let me handle these kids” in the most condescending tone, and crosses her arms over her chest with some smug look on her face. I’m 19, and the branch manager just sat there dismissing my concerns, raised her voice with me, and just kept arguing with me and essentially telling me I was wasting her time and implying I had no idea what I was talking about. She said I should of just called Wells Fargo, after I told her I had already called TWICE, and kept ignoring my questions. Didn’t get her name, but she’s an older blonde lady. I was so offended that she was treating me like some delinquent teenager playing a prank on her, as I’ve been with Wells Fargo since the day I opened my first account. Honestly debating on switching banks at this point. Horrible treatment I can’t believe she works there.

I walked right in without an appointment and Jai N. helped me immediately. Very smooth process and had no problems. This is one of the better Wells Fargos in the whole area. The other locations need to learn from this place!
