Anyone who gives less than 5 stars is just a miserable person. Everyone here is awesome and friendly only complaint I have is they get me out too fast sometimes and send me back to work lol. A milliion stars for the team at this branch!

Once again treated like a criminal and now after 4 years banking with Wells Fargo. Every time I come to this location @ 2055 S. Cobb Dr they treat me like a second class citizen and I can only say it's because I am a black.

Everyone please be cautious and aware at this location, my friend tried to do a wire transfer and the teller told him it would cost him $35 per thousand suggesting that cash would be better.
Next thing we know a black male had followed us and tried breaking in my vehicle. Thank God he left empty handed. I’m sticking with Bank Of America 100%.
For everyone, be very careful in this location.
My friend wanted to make a transfer and they were charging him $35 per thousand and they suggested that cash was better. When we left the bank, some dark-skinned men followed us and tried to steal the money.
Thank God they left empty-handed.
I better stay at Banco De America, it's much better.

I have never met a bank teller that made me feel as low as this one. Her riotous attitude was belittling and uncalled for.

Leaving this review in acknowledgement of the very extremely poor customer service I received from Alexandra on 10/29/19 at 4pm. I did not want to leave a review on google but when I called their branch location 15-20 minutes later, to speak with someone regarding my visit, no one answered.

Went into this location to open a checking account. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a smile and very quicky. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgable and efficient. Will definitely be coming back to do future business here.
