Faster phone service than most other WellsFargo’s at least in my experience. The bankers are so nice too.

Nazia Anjum was my banker today and she was fantastic! She was extremely courteous and organized, giving me both receipts and documentation for every action or transaction, as well as providing envelopes for all paperwork. She went the extra mile of explaining to me what everything meant while still being personable. I hope your cat palm and family stay healthy Nazia.

The customer service at this branch is exceptionally terrible. I went in with my elderly mother, so that she can set up a new checking account in her name since my father passed away last year. No one greeted us, so we just sat in the lobby. A few minutes later a man asked if we had an appointment- we said no. He then informed us in a very condescending manner that they only work from appointments. He asked what we needed to do and we told him. He then said that we should just set it up online (heaven forbid they actually have to do work in person). If we didn't want to do that we could set up an appointment online. They couldn't even be bothered to help set up a future appointment - despite the fact that my elderly mother does not know how to use online banking and despite the fact that both he and another lady that he called out to were walking around doing absolutely nothing, helping no one. I'm not sure what these people get paid for - this is unacceptable, even for East Cobb.

I came in to activate an old account with a very large check. I did not want to go to a teller, as I had multiple questions about bank policies and various account choices I might have. I sat for 20 minutes, without so much as a greeting, while several "premier" account reps and presumably the bank manager had an animated personal chat with each other. The other two bankers had clients with them, but no one even gave me eye contact. I left to do an errand and returned to the same dismissive environment. Finally, a banker came by and when I said I had a large check to deposit he waved me to the tellers. I explained I did not want to engage with a teller, I wanted to talk to a banker. He said someone would be with me shortly. It obviously wasn't going to be him. Maybe because it was 4:30 p.m. and the bank would close at 5? I waited 10 more minutes --while hearing the bank manager/premier bank rep still engaged in a personal chat from 30 minutes beforehand. I don't care if my check deposit was for $5.00 or $50,000 (which is what it was), I deserved attention and respect. Wells Fargo suffers from extremely poor management issues over the recent past that individual employees can do nothing about. But employees on the ground can restore faith in the brand from the bottom up by servicing clients with respect, knowledge and guidance.None of which was evident today. I've read other reviews of this bank and the way it treats its customers that are consistent with my experience today. Is anyone in the region paying attention? If you are not taking your customers' feedback seriously, come see for yourself. Maybe someone in regional or national management position needs to pay this branch a visit a few times a month and see for yourself. Time for a total turnover. btw, I am leaving one star only because the system forces me to do so. No stars for this disrespecful, unhelpful crew.

I like this bank just fine. Unsure if I’d give a 5-star review for what I do there but if some knucklehead is going to give 1 star because she got only $50s at the ATM (they were out of $20s, honey - it can happen) then I’ll give 5 stars to help counterbalance.

Around last year I had major complaints regarding the forex services at Wells Fargo. And you know what. Today wfc settled for 37M over this exact issue. I have since closed my wfc account because I hate this bank and everything it stands for. Issue after issue.

Very disappointed that they do not encourage, incent or mandate that employees get COVID vaccination. Understand they give off 1/2 day to get the vaccine but do it with some reservation. They deal with an above age,(elderly demographic customer base) and I find that policy is borderline irresponsible. Guess I will be looking for a new bank.... And yes, I suspect that some people will consider that a violation of the employees rights. Tell that to the families of those who have died from COVID or will suffer long-term ill effects from getting it. To wit, their masks are a joke!

Teresa in the Drive-Thru is incredibly short with people and has no patience. I come through this drive through every single day and she's guilt-tripping me into coming inside instead of doing the drive-thru. She doesn't actually seem like she wants to help anybody if she's just rushing you through.She makes sure to tell me in a very passive aggressive way that, "the inside is open now" every time.If I want to use the option of the Drive-thru that is my choice.

I had a terrible incident happen at the ATM yesterday evening and was absolutely frantic and panicked. I could not sleep the entire night. I went to the bank first thing in the morning and was greeted by a very kind man whom directed me to a banker with in seconds upon my arrival.
