Not at all impressed with the caliber or value of this place. I was leery pulling up, but my car stalled across the street. I’m not pleased with their $85 diagnostic test WHICH isn’t allocated towards repair like most mechanical shops. SOME do it for free. I had to call THEM to get an update on my car. Then they claim to discover additional problems. This doesn’t put me at ease- walking away feeling like I’ve been price gouged and kinda taken. When time and location permits, I’m sticking with my favorite place in Kennesaw. Not always convenient, but worth it. They take care of their patrons. Walters does not. They just want your money.
