are the delivery drivers stupid? I have a disabled person living in my home and she orders things she needs on walmart delivery. These disrespectful incompetent incels CONSTANTLY ignore her request for things to be delivered at her door on the left side of the house. It says it very clearly on the packages and they just place it in the front porch. She can't come upstairs without help so how the hell is she supposed to carry that downstairs? You would think delivery drivers would have reading comprehension skills but I guess not at walmart! Hiring illiterate workers seems to be their thing. And then they have the nerve to take out an extra $50 for delivery and hold it for weeks. Worst walmart in the state of Georgia, I hope the delivery drivers lose their jobs and have to live on government assistance. Maybe then they'll understand the importance of doing your job the CORRECT way and not however they want. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

*Reviewing the curbside pickup* Every single time I shop at this location, I utilize curbside because it's offered, it's free, and I should be able to use the service in a timely manner. I am never able to use this service in a timely manner! They also are notorious for never having the order ready on time. It doesn't just take 5-10 minutes to receive your items, it takes 20-30 minutes on the regular. I've given up shopping at this location for the most part because it seems they struggle with staffing issues. But sometimes a Walmart stop is inevitable!!! I wouldn't recommend this location if you're short or looking forward to your order being ready on time.

The super brilliant idea Walmart found to stop young insects from stealing condoms was locking it with a glass door. It was so genius that we, honest people who come to buy condoms or any personal item, will stand like clowns in front of it forever, waiting for these SUCKERS from Walmart, WHO NEVER SHOWS, to come and open the dam glass door ! How smart, Walmart policies are nowadays ?

I came to this location to pick up an online order. I ordered a 65 in flat screen television and I did not release it wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. I came in the store asked can it be shipped and a manager came up like he wanted to help me. However, he walked away and so did several other rude employees and left me standing at the front of the store. No one tried to help me. Will not return to this location.

Would give the management of this store zero stars if I could. This Walmart has terrible customer service for returns and it’s clear that from the management on down that they are just there for a paycheck and nothing more. I was treated rudely for asking, after standing in the customer service line for more than 20 min, if some backup help could be sent. The clerk was struggling to do something for one person - did not appear to be related to a purchase so perhaps it was a job applicant - and the manager refused to even look into it. He told me “now you’ve lost your place in line and you will just have to go to the end of the line.” He gave me a disdainful look that caused me to feel like he may be racist. I have to add this point because it’s true and because he clearly wanted to mistreat a customer rather than walk a few yards and look into the matter. He needs DEI training in my opinion.

This used to be such a nice Walmart - clean, organized, and friendly staff. Now the store is organized in a way that crowds the aisles. Customer sèrvice does not exist and the so called managers are downright hostile if you ask for help. almost every employee (there are a few exceptions) seem untrained and are not customer driven in any way. Hire some higher school kids from the area and you'll do better. the only good service I've gotten is from a high school student who had manners and a good attitude. I'm sticking with Target from now on.

The staff and management are very helpful at this location. I have been to quite a few Walmarts as I’m sure anyone who reads this has as well and some look like war zones and others are kept tidy. This location falls on the tidy side. I am impressed by the staff when I have asked For very specific items that I wouldn’t even think they knew what they were and they immediately rattle off an aisle. I’m happy to call this my local Walmart.

i just moved to East Cobb just for the great schools but I am shocked how rude and impolite were Aliyah and the manager!! . I do not go to this branch anymore and will cancel my Walmart Plus. That is why Walmart can not compete with Amazon.

August 24th at 11am, when I was shopping at Wal Mart, I needed to cancel a product. But at that time, there was no staff in the self-service settlement area where I was located. I signaled to the staff in another self-service settlement area. He waved his hand to me, then waved it again, and then stood by himself. My understanding of this staff behavior is, 'I can't go over, you can come over on your own', but canceling a certain product settlement requires the staff to enter their number. Okay, so the machine I checked out has a red light on the top all the time. Then I went to the area where this staff worked to settle accounts. When I was halfway through the settlement, the key came to me. During my settlement, someone called him to the area where I had just settled, and then brought me a printed barcode. He told me that I needed to show my ID. I was puzzled, but I didn't buy any alcohol or medicine. Then, what was annoying was that when I was about to print the cash register, the staff came up to me and said, "Please press the print button and give it to the full star." Isn't this my choice? SHe didn't come to help me when I needed help, and then he made his own decision to me, giving his service a full star. Are you joking? How can he get a full star and make my own decisions.

We try to give Wal-Mart a shot and do a pick up vs Target. My wife and son have been sitting outside for 40 mins waiting for their order. Is it cheaper, yes, is it worth it, no! It’s ridiculous that the service is so terrible. Target has your order out in less than 5 mins and with a smile minus the attitude and the attitude is because of employee dissatisfaction. Figure it out.

So I checked in (app) for my grocery pickup, and then called in, and waited and waited... they didn't bring me my order so I left after maybe 35 minutes of waiting, and just so many minutes until the store closed. When I called they verified I was waiting, the spot, and the lady came out to help the one person next to me. Nothing. So I would skip this store for grocery pickups. The tool section is decent for a small store. Maybe go to the Kroger next door on the corner if you want to receive your order. No thanks in advance on any sorries posted

I buy all my groceries and household items at target. It’s just so much more of a pleasant experience and a nicer cleaner store. To me, it’s worth the extra few dollars to not have to shop at Walmart. Also, today I asked an employee at the customer service center if they cash checks since my bank was closed and I was told yes. So I waited in a line of eight people for over 30 minutes. When I went to the Walmart greeter to ask if he could please call someone to help us at the customer service desk he very grumpily told me yes he already called someone. ?When I finally got to the counter they told me they don’t cash personal checks over $200. This really makes me upset because it doesn’t say anything like this on their website ? it actually says that it costs four dollars to cash a check under 500 and then anything over that to 1000 is eight dollars. Very misleading and I just wasted a lot of my time. ?This is why I never go to Walmart!!! I much prefer just going to my bank. I just wish it was open longer.Walmart, please hire more employees at the customer service desk. Also, please update your website so it clearly states that you do not cash personal checks over $200.Thanks.

Worst walmart in town. One entrance/exit checkout is crowded store is crowded in general. Not a full walmart. Tried to return a defective product but didn't have the packaging. They clerk was sweet and tried to help but her manager was the opposite she came at me hostile and wouldn't for a second look at the issue I was trying to point out. I bought a knife sharpener that ended up destroying one of my knives. I had a bump in the ceramic that made it sharpen uneven. I took it to the walmart off 92 and tricks and they replaced it without question. Will be leaving them a good review.
