I like going to Walmart...
When I have time...
I know I can buy everything from Walmart online...
But it's a way of not letting the old way of buying end.

A bit crowded today. Located all items on my list. The children shopping were obviously happy summer vacation was here. The crowd was calm and forgiving of active children as it should be.

Customer service reps are rude as hell! Me, black female, standing in line Next (maybe two minutes) and Charlie calls the white man that walks up behind me to the front of the line. Then Charlie interrupts my transaction with Michelle to tell her what she can and cannot do. Rude! The last place they should be working Is customer service.

Every time we visit this Walmart almost ALL the staff are always rude. Every time my family have gone to this Walmart we have been judged or treated like criminals by the employees. A couple of times we were just walking down and isle and then an employee just assumes us of opening their products or not to break something. Me mom and I went here to pick up a dress shirt to wear to a fancy party and so I decided to try the shirt on in the dress room and there was a cardboard thing shoved into the shirt that I had to slide out of the shirt to try on. Then I continued shopping and randomly the lady randomly came up to my mom and I and started yelling at us because I took the cardboard thing out of the shirt which was the only way to try it on and that’s the purpose of the fitting rooms. Employees are also especially rude to kids for no reason if you have kids you should not let them walk around by themselves if they are under 18 or they will probably accuse them of shoplifting. The worst employees ever……

The service is great from the person who greets at the door to the associates who help at the register. Today Cristian López helped me when scanning an item with the wrong price. He was friendly and attentive.

I have shopped at this store numerous times and for several years. I am also a Walmart+ member. They generally do a good job. I am writing this review because of the worst return customer service I have ever experienced.
I purchased some Fabric Guard 303 from the Walmart website. According to the website the product is recommend for restoring waterproofing to Sunbrella outdoor fabric and cushions. I used the product exactly as directed on the label, and I even let it dry for several extra days to make sure. The product did not work at all. I suspect I received a defective batch.
Walmart online easily accepted the return They gave me a barcode and instructed me to return the unused portion to any Walmart store. I took the container with unused product to the East Cobb Walmart customer service. The attendant was concerned that the container was mostly used. She took the bottle to someone else, presumably a manager. Then both of them told me I could not return the product because it had been used.
They were not willing to listen, or understand that I was returning a defective product from an online order. They didn't even scan the barcode, the just said "NO". I tried to explain that the product had to be used to discover it was defective. They really didn't care. They didn't care about keeping me as a customer. And they didn't care that their main competition for ecommerce, Amazon, does an excellent job with returns. It is much easier and safer to purchase from Amazon.
As I was leaving the store, I called Walmart customer service for online orders. They told me my refund was processed and I can discard the remaining defective product. No need to deal with those local customer service people.

Have been shopping there since it opened and was in there the other night to buy something and was confronted by to employees and was minding my own business and the they followed me around and then one of them got in my face and threatened to call the police and have me arrested for being hostile towards them when they got up in my face and I said to them I wasn’t hostile til u got in my face and then they followed me out to my vehicle and I asked to get district manager’s number and they refused to and the reason they said I was hostile is because I asked for some help and they didn’t want to help and that is not how you win customers back or good reviews .
