I was going to pick my prescription for my asthma. That I needed that day. But I couldn’t make there till later on, I guess they close at 7 I got there at 6:50. Even though they had the prescription, they couldn’t give it to me from what they said. That resulted in me going to hospital again because they wouldn’t give my prescriptions till next day. They don’t care about you, ironic considering they work at a pharmacy!!

Everything is locked up and it makes shopping incredibly difficult because when you need formula and also toiletries they have to follow you all the way to the register it’s crazy and inconvenient

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. If I could put 0 stars I certainly would. I would highly recommend going to any other Walmart or store instead of this specific location. The staff is extremely unwilling to help customers, and most have a terrible attitude even when approached with kindness. The eye drops are in a locked glass cabinet, so that can that speak for itself in terms of what kind of location this is. I politely asked an employee if the case could be opened, and they told me I'd have to "wait for a really long time" because there is only one set of keys that can open this specific glass case, and they keep them in the "very back of the store" for some reason (the eye drops are in the very front). I was assured someone was getting the keys, and after 5 minutes I has to leave because it was clear that nobody was coming to help. I would absolutely recommend going to this location if you wish for your time to be wasted, and to be forced to fend for yourself in a store with 50 employees walking around on their phones. I understand it's Walmart, but this is the absolute worst managed Walmart location that I've ever been to. Also, half of the self-checkouts are offline, and even though certain registers had numbers lit up to indicate that you could go to a human checkout, nobody was at their station. Whoever is managing this location should be removed from that role immediately.

Probably the most ghetto Walmart I’ve ever been too. Everyone has an attitude and i mean everyone. They have everything locked up and when you ask for help they look at you as if that isn’t their job. Drive 10 minutes to the other Walmart in Marietta, a lot less ghetto.

This store is a bit run down but prices are right . They usually have a charger cart for my 97 yo Dad who loves to ride around and do his own shopping. Thank you.

Walmart Employee named Coach at this location said my brother is a douchebag, and when confronted, he said he was on the phone. He was overhead later telling other employees that he was on the phone, which leads me to believe that he is telling his coworkers the lie to cover his butt. That is highly unprofessional.
This location has everything I need for camping supplies.

Walmart's scheduling for automotive work is terrible. 5pm appointment, didn't leave until 815pm. People were great, but Walmart.com doesn't have a clue about what is happening at stores.

I went for an online order pickup and the associate dropped the handle to the tote dolly on my door and there was no accountability whatsoever. Trying to contact management is difficult. Sad thing I have been coming here 24 years and live 1.5 miles from the store. Just bad experience.

Nice selection of products for a good price. The Tire and Lube area is awful, though. I tried on two separate occasions to get my oil changed, and they ignored me both times.

Walmart has gone down hill. Had my recipt and yes it was past the 90 days but said I could not get a full refund. Did not even offer a gift card.

Very rude people not willing to help and assist their customers. Only one associate at self checkout that takes time to speak Customer Service us what makes a store a store success This Walmart lacks this

I actually took someone here who needed a ride here as I don't shop at Walmart any longer. They decided they don't like my money, I decided I don't like their establishment. They are over priced mostly these days now for sure after losing so much business. Numbers don't lie, but Walmart will. 👀
