This Walmart is terrible. Very rude employees. Came in to buy a ps5 at 9:55 pm. They lied and said their electronic department was closed and they didn't have a key mysteriously even though she was in the middle of ringing up a tv for another customer of her same race. So I asked another associate and she sent me to customer service for no reason, because they told me electronics closed at 10:00pm (even though it was 9:58pm at this time . I have a good feeling If I was of the African descent I wouldn't have been denied. So I'm contemplating on painting my face black so I can go and get my ps5 and possibly even get a discount. This place sucks balls and I encourage everyone to avoid here unless you don't mind 8 different bums asking for money on the way in and on the way out. I hope the ladies that work here get denied on their food stamps next month.

The Walmart concept is so great! A store where you can get everything you need in one spot for decent prices. And the location of this Walmart is prime: super cute strip mall in the East-West Connector, close ro many restaurants and shops. Sadly this store is a disappointment. The store was in disarray, very few registers were open, but in that one trip I counted seven (7) employees leaning against a wall or a counter and looking at their phone. As we used the self-check out (which I despise), an employee was having a personal conversation on her phone. Another customer needed assistance with a price. She told the person on the phone to hold on and yelled at the customer from the counter, to go take a picture of the price and come show her. Meanwhile from where we were we could see 3 additional employees on their phones. Not a good experience at all.

I swapped to this Walmart’s pharmacy a bit ago and have had nothing but great experiences. I love that when they answer the phone and have to put you on hold they tell you how many callers are ahead of you. Totally helps with not minding being on hold at all. Twice now they have filled my prescriptions the day of because I was going out of town. All around excellent service with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Shoutout to Lester for filling my meds last minute!

My prescription was supposed to be ready at 5:55pm, but it switched to say “it’s taking longer than expected we will contact you when ready”. Guess who never got contacted? Guess who went up there and they were closed? This prescription was to help with something that is painful and now I don’t have it. Never any mention when I called them to make sure they had both prescriptions because only one showed in the app that it wouldn’t be ready today. I’m beyond frustrated and I am kicking myself for choosing Walmart over kroger simply due to proximity. Never again.

BRITTANY working as an associate at this location is extremely RUDE and lacks basic customer service skills. I was trying to check out at the self service checkout and was enccoutering issues. Brittany started yelling at me as if it was my fault that the checkout station wasn't working. She was extremely frustrated that she had to waste her precious time. She then went to other walmart associates and started complaining to them about me unaware that i could hear her very well. Seriously, what kind of people does walmart hire to help customers! People like BRITTANY should NEVER be hired to even come within 100ft of customers. BRITTANY lacks basic or even minimum customer service skills. Absolutely ZERO Customer Service. EXTREMELY disrespectful.

Yall, this walmart is probably the best one ive ever been to. the stuff was mediocre, layout was okay, but the customer service lady was an absolute angel. she looked like she actually enjoyed her job and was so full of life. if you guys are looking to promote someone, it needs to be her. she had blonde curly hair on the front and black curly in the back.

Horrible experience. Very slow. Angel also was the pharmacy tech who 1. Had a very condescending tone when I picked up my norco prescription for oral surgery today (and I’m a physician myself so I didn’t appreciate the presumption that I was a drug seeker) and 2. He didn’t submit my paper prescription for processing and as a result I spent an additional 2 hours waiting in the pharmacy for my prescription during a severe thunderstorm. First and last time coming here.

I've had great experiences with this pharmacy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are apologetic for any wait time, but I've never had long wait times! Best Walmart pharmacy experience for sure!!

I call them as soon as they open to get my prescription they told me that they were gone called me they didn't I waited and gave them the benefit of the doubt because I work in a pharmacy and I know how it gets and when I called them back they basically told me they weren't gonna be able to fill my prescription after 2 o'clock

I called the Walmart Pharmacy 1785 Cobb Pkwy S Marietta, GA 30060 United States on 9/4/21 around 6:35PM. A young man answered and asked me to hold. I was on hold until the Pharmacy closed in which they never answered. I had just gotten off of work and forgot I needed to fill my prescription for my Lantus Insulin since I had ran out last night. So tonight I’ll go without it. Even if he had answered and said we can’t fill it I would’ve been ok with that but he left me on hold until they closed. Needless to say I won’t use this Pharmacy again and use Walgreens instead. I’m very upset this happened.

Well organized but out of several things
