Dan in the photo lab spent 10+ minutes on the phone with me today figuring out a technical issue with a photo order (a website problem) when most employees would have thrown in the towel within a few minutes. I appreciate his patience and determination. Thanks, Dan!

It may have been dumb luck but I just had a great experience with minute clinic and filling a prescription. In and out in under 1 hour and the PA had great bedside manner.
We have had nothing but terrible waits and problems with all medical stuff for years. Pharmacies are usually terrible.
It was nice to have everything go well for once. It is possible. Bravo!

There is one lady who has been there for years. She has been consistently rude. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.... If you go there, you will know immediately.
The last straw. I ordered an 8x10 picture. She looked and said NO, it's not here.
I had email that said it was. Another friendly young woman went above and beyond. My picture WAS there....
Thank you. Wish I had her name.

I had a really frustrating time at Walgreens pharmacy The staff was rude, and it felt like they didn't know their job well. Sadly, I won't be going there again, and I'll be encouraging my family to find alternative places for their medicine. It's essential they improve customer service.

Turned in a prescription for pain medicine due to a broke tooth and they made me wait two hours in severe pain to get my prescribed medication. It takes a special person not to care about if someone is in pain. And it’s clear Walgreens is special. I see all the bad reviews for the pharmacy here and yet no one from Walgreens has responded so you know they don’t give a s*#t my last trip to Walgreens was today.

Decent store if all you need is snacks, makeup or OTC products. But God help you if you need a prescription filled. We spent 5 hours on the phone trying to talk to a pharmacist. I have a rare disease that goes by the initials CIDP which brings a raft of physical problems that will just continue to get worse. As a result I primarily use Telehealth. The Medical professional that came to treat my this morning, he spent an hour on the phone waiting to speak to the pharmacist. When he got kicked off the line by Walgreens system, he called back and spoke instead to an employee, expressing his concern about the pharmacist and the need for medical professionals and patients to be able to communicate with the pharmacist.My daughter finally went to the store and spoke with the pharmacist in person. She found the pharmacist to be unconcerned and dismissive- and was told that she would not be filling any prescriptions in the remaining hour. I would recommend you find another company to meet your medication needs.

What’s changed with the pharmacy in the last 3 years? New management? The new staff is horribly rude. I’ll wait in line for 30 minutes and when it’s finally my turn they won’t acknowledge I exist. One woman cleaned the entire countertop while I waited for 20 additional minutes before another pharmacist finally greeted me. The original woman never even apologized for my 50 minute wait… these are for prescriptions I ordered the previous day. The auto refills are no longer working like they used to no matter how many times I enable them on my account. When I order prescriptions for next day pick up they always claim they never received them. It wasn’t as bad when they had the second thru lane open. Why has that been closed for the last few years? I dread picking up my prescriptions now because I never have 30-45 minutes to waste just waiting. I thought things would get better after Covid but they are by FAR worse than they were a year or two ago. I’ll be switching all my prescriptions over to a different pharmacy the next time I go to the doctor.
