Came in yesterday with an asthma attack trying to get an OTC inhaler. I was severely short of breath and asked where they were, instead of being walked over there I was pointed to the aisle. Once I got to the aisle I can’t find it so I’m frantically pacing back and forth looking for it. Nobody is on the floor. I go back up to the front and stand in line. The guy rings up the first person I am clearly gasping for air and I told him I couldn’t find it. He tells me as soon as he is done ringing the first person he will help me. Understandable. But then after the first person is done, another guy is walking up, he wasn’t waiting in line. The associate tells me he’s going to ring him up as well first and WAITS for him to get to the counter. I tell myself to remain calm because at this point I could barely breathe. He finally walks with me they presses the button and says someone will be there to open it and LEAVES. I stood there for at least 5 minutes which felt like 25. I had to sit down, at this point I thought I was going to pass out. The same associate comes back and says “omg I’m so sorry, nobody came? I’ll go get the keys. Lemme find my manager.” This is negligence at finest. I really want to press charges. I clearly could have died in your store. I have never felt so disrespected and this lack of customer concern and disregard is grossly disgusting

Stopped by the pharmacy for a vaccine around 11:00am. Quick and friendly service. Would definitely return!

Best pharmacy around here, the employees are always so kind and helpful. I have never had a negative experience here and even to for things I could probably pick up elsewhere.

I'm happy to have this Walgreens close to me. Employees are pleasant and I've never had any issues whatsoever. It sure beats the CVS on Sandy Plains Rd.

Been picking up medication from this pharmacy and didn't have many problems but now the entire staff has changed and there is only one decent person in the bunch that wants to help you. the main pharmacist denied filling the prescription that I get every month because " I don't live close enough" when ive clearly been using this pharmacy for over a year.

This Walgreens sits on the corner of Canton Road and New Chastain just a few miles from the Highway 92 Intersection in Woodstock. I have popped in this location a few times and never had any issues. They always have the products I am after and the service is always solid. My latest pop by was for some sinus meds and a few Gatorades. I was welcomed by the front end staff upon entry and again when I approached the register to check out. The items I was in search of were stocked well, on discount and easy to find. The store is an older foot print and location. Age can be seen in the outdated signage, dingy and scuffed flooring, ceiling and counters throughout the store. In short, it is in need of an update and upgrade for sure! Overall, this location is convenient to and from the office, so when in need I have no issue popping in!

I was inside Walgreens before closing today trying to buy things and was later told I wasn’t able to purchase anything because the girl working in the front “pulled the register” at exactly 10:00. Walked out with nothing. I don’t recommend coming during night time unless you want to feel rush/ pressured to leave!!

I purchased an item, drove an hour to pick it up, and upon arrival received an email saying my order was canceled and the item was out of stock. What a huge waste of my time. I’ll go to CVS, thanks.

What can I say? It's a Walgreens. Certainly not one of the better ones. Although the employees do greet the guests, the store has a small selection of products and isn't well stocked. I mistakenly grabbed gel instead of a conditioner of a the same brand (same packaging, same price). I lost my receipt. This has happened to me before in LA where they were just able to look up my cc in the system but I called the mgr just to make sure I would be able to make the exchange without a problem since I am in a different state. she said sure. When I got to the store to do that she couldn't find look me up by my phone # (I might not have put it it) and when I offered her my cc to look up my purchase, she said she couldn't do that. WTH? I have always been able to have stores trace my purchases through my card in these situations. Maybe they do things differently down here in GA but since this is a ginormous chain, she just didn't know how (which is unacceptable). She did end up exchanging the product for me but only because the 2 products were identical in price. although the mgr was nice and really did try, she should've know how to do this simple transaction correctly.
