They never have my prescriptions ready on time. Too many times they have not applied my insurance. When I ask about it, the girl at the window doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing.

Never come across staff that have zero clue what they are doing. Tried to get a passport photo with dimensions clearly written out in their system for a different country and they email me digital copies with everything in the background. Instead of said staff to apologize and try to remedy it, she argues and is completely rude.
Will never visit this location again.

This review is for the pharmacy. I was visiting town and needed a script filled. I had a doctor call in a script to this pharmacy. The script was called in around 10am and the pharmacist confirmed the script over the phone.
I went to pick up the prescription around 11:30am and the woman at the counter tells me the script was not ready. After inquiring how long it would take, she then finally tells me they do not have the medication on stock and would have to order it and would not get here until next week. I was dumbfounded.
Any reasonable person, tech/pharmacist would’ve notified the prescriber or the patient picking up that information instead of just saying it’s not ready.
They also did not offer to call to see if another Walgreens would have it or if they can transfer the script. The woman at the front desk told us I would need to do that.
Now I’m calling around pharmacy to see who has the medication and I’m delayed for a dose.
This is an awful experience.

I call cell stomper service they said no they are wrong and they must give you the prejudiced pharmacist and store manager put the red flag because I went over them and did not give my medication which is matter life and death. I recommend nobody go there and if anybody else does have the problem which I know I heard before does contact me because I’m doing a lawsuit to come and join me.

The LAZIEST pharmacy around. This past weekend, I went by twice to fill my new diabetic medicine and the fist time the excuse was that they were closing in 3 minutes so they didn't want to hold on to prescription slip so please come back tomorrow...The next day. They said we close in 8 minutes - they refused to fill my prescription and hung up on me while I was parked in the drive thru. I waited and they next lady that picked up the phone argued with me and said we close in 8 minutes, come back tomorrow we are closed. Here I am without medicine because they want to go home early. I'm sorry, if you don't want to help people, you're in the wrong profession. I've been without my meds for 4 days now. This is unacceptable.

I love the convenience of Walgreens. While a bit overpriced, you can also find deals. I love their socks, oddly enough, and enjoy their holiday isle.

Sorely disappointed in Walgreens. We transferred from a local small pharmacy and when we transferred supposedly our insurance went from covering a full box of insulin pens for my son to covering 1 pen only. And then when we changed insurance and tried to transfer prescriptions rather than giving our new pharmacy ALL scripts on file they gave them select ones and closed other scripts. So now I have to fight to get a refill on one of my medications before I run out in 4 days. Thank you Walgreens. Greatly appreciate your laziness and lack of care. Will never use Walgreens again.

The staff in the photo center (especially the one with glasses and the colorful mask) are always so helpful. Highly recommend working with this photo center.

Terrible customer service. An employee got mad that I went in about 10 minutes before closing even though there were other customers still shopping. She followed me outside and took pictures me while I was getting into my car. Absolutely not going there ever again.

The pharmacist / pharmacy manager is an abrasive @ss. I don't know her name, but she's an Indian woman. No matter how long I wait between visits - no matter the day of week or time of day - this woman is in a perpetual bad mood. The other day she snapped at me and 'corrected me' because she overhead me talking to a rep. I was EXPLAINING that I wanted to see my list of Rx's before I paid because I got the wrong Rx last time. She STOPPED what she was doing, inserted herself in our conversation and said - that she heard me say that THEY gave me the wrong Rx and that I was incorrect. Nope - not what I said at all. I said "I got the wrong medicine." Which is true. My doctor called in the wrong Rx and I didn't know it was wrong. So I got / I received the wrong Rx. Was it Walgreen's fault. No. Was it my doctor's fault? Yes. Was it my fault for not checking that a Rx that I've had previously - escribed to them the exact same way? Yes. So now I'm trying to rectify my previous mistake by asking details about my Rx before I pay to make sure I'm picking up the correct item. As a black woman and an English major, I REALLY don't appreciate having my English corrected. One day, I was on the phone with one of the pharmacists and we were discussing an Rx issue - when all of sudden, the pharmacy manager gets on the phone and starts yelling at me. The ridiculous thing is - both the pharmacist and I were in complete agreement. She was just trying to think of / provide suggestions about a way this might be avoided in the future. I guess the pharmacy manager was tired of listening to her talk to me - so she either took the phone from the pharmacist or picked up the other line - doesn't introduce herself and starts ranting at me about how the escribe system works. It was beyond annoying. I'm old. And I work in IT. I've had electronic Rx's for decades now. Calm down. And maybe she wouldn't be so stressed and harried if she focused on the tasks she's working on - instead of straining to listen to the conversations of other pharmacy workers. I get it, you're the manager, but there's a difference between being a manager and being a micro-manager. There's also a young Latina woman who is sometimes in the pharmacy. She's always snappy and irritable and frowning - even with the elderly people that come in. I take pleasure in knowing that she's going to have those awful, deep eyebrow wrinkles (they call them 11's) in a few years because she scowls so much. Lol. The young people who work in the store and the photo lab section are lazy and surly. I once approached two staff members who were sitting on the floor stocking shelves, laughing and joking. One staff member had her back to me - the other staff member saw me approach. I stood there and waited for a break in the conversation, so I could say 'Excuse me' and ask my question. The staff member who had her back to me even turned around and looked at me - but both these clowns continued with their conversation. I finally just had to shout, "Excuse me," and ask my question. Icing on the cake - one of these nuts was the store manager. I didn't get names - but both were young, short, Latina females. The photo lab is a joke. I dealt with them for WEEKS trying to get some negatives converted to digital image on a CD. I just wanted the CD, no prints as I already had prints of all these images. You would think I was trying to break into the Pentagon. After nearly four weeks, I finally got my order - all prints - no CD. Each employee I dealt with acted as though I was getting on their nerves - like I enjoy coming up to their store and dealing with their awful attitudes. Listen - I get it - working in retail is hard. I worked at Walmart when I was in college. And I've worked as a housekeeper at some of the snootiest hotels you can imagine. I didn't love those jobs. But I carried myself in a decent manner. I was courteous and respectful and civil. I
