Awful customer service. Put on hold for an hour where they were clearly picking up the phone and then putting it back on hold. Made me drive there just see they were empty. Their excuse was that "they were busy filling prescriptions". This is not the first time ive had this issue either. Just horrible customer experience all around

This pharmacy and store is the most incompetent establishment on earth! The staff is horrid and don’t get me on the actual technology they DO NOT use to notify their patients. Not to mention, they NEVER have any of the medicines. Not sure how or why they are even operating a business.

I went to this old, tired Walgreens to get a flu shot. I will save users the details of how horrible the experience was. The headline is, this is the worst pharmacy staff in America. This pharmacy staff hates their job and customers which clearly shows. After an hour waiting for my scheduled flu shot I left this horrible store. No one cares about customers at this store like most Walgreens. STAY AWAY! CLOSE THIS STORE TODAY!

Worst pharmacy in Marietta. If you call about a prescription, expect to be on hold for at least 10 minutes if they even pick up the phone in the first place. I’ve waited on hold to refill a prescription for 30+ minutes before giving up and filling it somewhere else.

Just consistently poor service. If you need to call them expect at minimum a 10 minute wait time. It was not like this a few years ago.

It took me a long time to write this, because I was really trying to give them a chance. This is the most disorganized, unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to. First of all, they let the phone roll over five or six times before the answer it. Now I get it, they're busy. But other pharmacies are busy also. I can't tell you how many times they've messed things up. They tell me there's no prescription there, they tell me it's ready when it's not ready, every time I go and ask for a refill they tell me they don't have the prescription. They are the worst, and I'm done with them forever.

My wife called to confirm the pharmacy received her prescription which was faxed from her doctor, but was placed on hold for 10+ minutes twice without being helped. So she went into the store with her email confirmation to show them. There were no other customers there, and three employees working. The woman simply looked at my wife’s email and walked away. My wife thought she was checking the fax machine, but it was clear she had moved on to other tasks. My wife asked “Am I done being helped here?” And the woman said “Yep!”. My wife walked away stunned, then started walking back toward the counter when she regained her composure. She overheard the employees saying “Oh she’s coming back”, laughing, and muttering insults.Pharmacy workers are having a rough time these days as providers slash costs to the bone. I’m sure these folks deal with abuse daily from rude & entitled customers. But my wife was patient and polite, and she was still treated this way.She went across the street to Publix and got her script without any issues. Interestingly, my wife told the Publix pharmacist this story and she said she hears similar stories almost daily and they have the worst reputation of any pharmacy in the area. Obviously my advice is to avoid this location and we won’t be back under any circumstances.

Do not come to this Walgreens!! The employees are rude to paying customers and they are always short staffed! I order through the photo department and they never print your order on time. They also will cancel your order with no notice! When I called the store for assistance the employee hung up on me. Do not waste your time here!

Terrible for photo center. Don't use any walgreens. They never meet their 1 hour pick up time. Not even same day. It is Terrible.

They are so close to my house and will be the preferred pharmacy on my Medicare plan next year when I enroll, so I'm trying to deal with them. But, I either have issues of being double-charged, then having to wait on a refund, or the "same day" delivery takes many days. Then, the ONLY way to contact the pharmacy is to go through their AI bot that is almost as bad as the Xfinity bot that tries to block you from talking to a human. "Pharmacy tech" is not one of the options. I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to a pharmacist yesterday to confirm that yes, I signed up for delivery and I want delivery. Today comes, and STILL no delivery! It's driving me crazy! I share a car with my son and I'm retired, so I often don't have a car to pick up prescriptions. If they offer delivery the same day (or maybe the next day) they need to honor it. Asking for shipping by Fedex is supposed to take 2 business days, but it's more like 5-7, so I thought I'd do the same day delivery, delivered by Door Dash. Going on 3 days now. I hope I get it before I run out of my meds.

Two stars because i find the cashiers at the front to be nice. No issues with themThe Pharmacy is a complete $hit show. They have given my prescription away at least twice to someone else. The last time, one of the pharmacists, Lisa, looked at me straight to my face and stated that she gave my medication to me. To me...I even confirmed my home address and she insisted that i came by and picked it up. I did not.The pharmacy is just a total ghetto. Highly advise to go to the Publix across the street. Better pricing and way better customer service.

Stopped yesterday to return previously purchased items. Was told they couldn't do a return because the purchase was over 14 days even though corporate return policy is 30 days. She then told me I could take the items back to the location I purchased them at & they , perhaps, would accept the return.

This Walgreens pharmacy used to be good and responsive. This has not been the case since the Covid pandemic. While other businesses have eco weed they are still constantly understaffed. They have issues filling my prescriptions on a very regular basis and the pharmacist I have spoken with is generally rude. I've been using this Walgreens for 5 years and it has been the last 3 that they have fallen apart and I will likely move my prescriptions elsewhere as the 15 minute hold time today is ridiculous.

Beware the coupon machine do not print coupons this the 3rd time I been to this location is never working or TURNED OFF !!
