visited recently, had 2 of the 3 items I came for. all the employees were friendly \u0026 helpful except for the cashier. a special needs person? we must all make allownces for the handicapped ? who make an effort to support themselves! On average, I've found that Walgreens is an all around better drug store chain than CVS (sry CVS).

I've come to this Walgreens ever since Rite Aid shut down, and the service has always been pleasant, and it usually is pretty quick. I almost always use the drive thru pharmacy, and the wait times vary depending on how many cars are ahead, but the pharmacy staff is always efficient and patient. I haven't had any major problems so far.

I dont understand why pharmacies are on every corner. Went to this one against my better judgment to buy one thing. While in the store, I looked at the same item on Amazon--it was 50% cheaper on Amazon. There was only one other customer in the store and they were in line trying to execute the most complex transaction ever. Waited for 5 minutes. There is no self checkout line.

The store clerk that was at the front check out was extremely rude to me. When I looked to see if anyone at the check out, I didn't see anyone. Then I walked behind the check out and saw the clerk. She was an older women and seemed to have a limp. So she reluctantly starting the check out process. I asked her for a type of candy and she didn't know and she didn't go look for it. She finally went to look for it and brought the candy up to the counter. I said that was the wrong kind. She didn't want to look or ask anyone. She treated me like a complete idiot.I have never experienced this kind of obvious rudeness! I won't be going to this store again.

Nicest pharmacy staff ever. From the tech ringing me up to the pharmacist herself, everyone was extremely happy to help.

The Pharmacy is absolutely awful! If you use the drive-thru plan to wait upwards of 15 minutes. I dropped off prescriptions with GoodRx coupons and specifically instructed them not to file with insurance, they said it would be ready the next day. Two days later I find out they had to order the medicine and it would be in the next day. Another two days go by before it's ready. After waiting at the counter for 5 minutes with no one else in line I find out they ran the medicine through my insurance and wanted me to pay 6x more than the coupon. I refused to pay it and figured out they filled the brand name even though the script was for generic. They then told me that they could switch it to generic, but it would be another hour. When I expressed my frustration I was told, "Well I don't know who you spoke to when you dropped it off." Seriously?! No courtesy, sorry or anything?! This pharmacy sucks, avoid it!

The current manager there, Jaclyn, was a completely pleasure to work with. I had a phone interaction with her over the phone and she was absolutely amazing. Out of all the mangers I have interacted with about a question I had over the phone, she was the most understand and best out of all.

WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER USED. I ask for wipes to sanitize the kart handle. the employees got mad and stated that they clean the karts every night. In today health crisis, "THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ", with deadly Virus in exitance, to make no effort to provide protection to their customers is uncaring, mean and cruel. This also reflects on the Corporation. If a Corporation is so uncaring to the health and well being of its customers, that corporation should not receive my business and money. In Closing, most people go to a pharmacy to seek some type of medical assistance, so they are more then likely already sick to some degree, they do not want to become sicker because of a uncaring corporation

Having AARP Walgreen II insurance plan, I have used this particular store to fill my prescriptions. Unfortunate choice, given two out of the three times, I had been disappointment in their service. The second time I went to the pharmacy, having got a voice mail stating my prescription was ready for pick up, I got there and had to wait 20 additional minutes for them to fill the prescription. Today, I went to pick up my prescriptions given their automated call stated they where ready, only to find when I got there one prescription was ready and the other prescription was only partial (10) out of thirty pills. Given when I had call in the order I only wanted to make 1 trip to their pharmacy, I was understandably unhappy and asked why they just did not call me to let me know that the balance of the order would not be ready until this afternoon. The man who waited on me stated it was due to HIPPA regulations which was BS. Guess what, on the way home, I get a call stating my one prescription was a partial. Their automated system is a waste of time as well as the individual who waited on me. Do yourself a favor, find a different pharmacy.

I went with my brother to this store and when my brother was paying a elderly man with glasses got mad at him saying his card was not working and snatching the card from his hand and asking if he was stupid and if he doesn't know how to push in a card and pay. Then proceeded yelling at him why his card doesn't work. When the man gave the card back to my brother after snatching it from him many times my brother knew what to do and was able to pay. The man got mad yelling that my brother wasted his time and needs to go fix it. If it was possible I would give no stars. This is not okay !!!!

The pharmacy here is just awful. When RiteAid closed down they moved our prescriptions here and let me tell you, what a disaster. 3 times we came, and 3 times it took hours to just get some simple prescriptions filled. We have since switched to Publix and sanity has been restored.
