I took my car to this location for the 40k maintenance. At the appointment I was told one of my tires had different tread marks and would need to be changed, as well as an alignment was needed. I accepted the techs advice only to learn that it was not a necessary change. Less than a week later my light comes on for tire pressure on a different tire. I reached out to inquire about it and receive a barrage of texts explaining how it’s not their fault. Beware they don’t give sound advice and nothing is ever their fault. Furthermore, they’re giving advice on tires; but not fully checking all of the tires. I spent $600 additional on the new tire for a tire that did not need to be replaced. And now I actually have a tire that needs replacing; that they failed to notice during their so called inspection. And their complimentary car wash is terrible.Services: Tires

Always a great experience here. Easy to schedule online appointments, wait time is reasonable and service is excellent. They never try to sell me on extra services but document and go over anything I should be aware of that’s coming up. One of the best service departments I’ve ever used.Service: Brake service & repair

Customer service was overall good, but they didn't check my car and tell me what technical issues it might have. Now my Alarm System notification is coming on. But overall the customer service was good, I wish the car wash would've been slightly better.Service: Oil change

Entire car shut down dead won’t move what so ever. Could not even access the gas tank because it locked. There is no gas cap release in the car. They told me it needed a software update. I was also told when the car shuts completely down some people have to break into the gas cover to put gas in the car and wait to have it towed. So if you need a complete software update good luck the car breaks down to NO POWER WHAT SO EVER can be dangerous. Also many times you have to hard boot the system because your volume on the stereo system as well as your signal lights there is no sound. The service you would think they would wash your car. Oh no the guy said “We don’t do detailing here”. Definitely not BMW, Audi nor Mercedes. Lots of error messages all the time

Oro, Kaylan, Hannah and Kevin are wonderful! They were very patient and accommodating during a frustrating time. I had a busted windshield, windshields were on back order for a month and I called once a week asking if they had come in yet. And Kaylan never *showed* any level of impatience or annoyance. They immediately got me in when ONE windshield came in, I felt special. Kevin worked with my husband on the financial side of things, considering it was my second windshield in less than 6 months.Sorry to be long winded BUT normally service departments are NOT my cup of tea. And I’d honestly never want to be on their side for obvious reasons (people like me haha!) but they were kind, accommodating and my windshield is as good as new!

Service dept here is really nice and efficient. They go out of their way to make your experience a pleasure. Excellent communication and setting expectations. Todd is wonderful.

I had an appt and it still took over 2 hrs before they even started doing a routine Maintenance Service. What should have taken 2 hrs tops was almost 4 hrs while I waited. Wont be going back. Jiffy Lube from now on! If you set the appointment times and still can't meet them your management team needs to be held accountable!
