These brothers at this shop are lifesavers! We were driving down to Florida and when we were on the eight lane highway our caliper came undone. We had our two children in the car and it was beyond scary. Gearhead was about to close but we told him our situation and that we were about to get picked up by a tow truck. The brothers waited for us without closing the bay doors and looked at our car! Ty even offered to buy us dinner and let us sleep on his couch! We kindly declined his offer And got a nearby hotel room. He told us to come back the next day at 8:00 a.m. When the shop opened. Even though he had cars in front of us, we were one of the first people he tended to because he knew the situation we were in and that we were just trying to get down to our family in Florida.He got us a new caliper the next day within a couple hours and gave us an incredible deal. Didnt overcharge whatsoever! This guy treated us like family and I look forward to seeing the brothers again in the future. P.S sorry for the late review. - Big Drew & Courtney

Ford dealership cut my exhaust too short and had a major exhaust leaks. Rico and Ty took my car in immediately, let me personally see for myself the problem, and fixed the lek without having to do any sort of cutting. Rico refused to let me pay him how much I saw fit, and took less money while still fixing my issue within 30 minute. A+

They usually do really great with my repairs but this time I’m having a totally different experience. Their communication is abysmal. Ive had to call and text repeatedly to get updates on my vehicle. I was told the delivery was going to take a day and had I not called and inquired I wouldn't have known that the delivery was delayed. I’m extremely disappointed in the Customer Service. I shouldn’t have to follow up for updates they should be given.

Worst experience. Took my son's car in for a clutch and they had a 16 year old work on the vehicle. The kids didn't fix the flywheel só the new clutch was shipping after 6 months. I went back to them and they tried to say it was the driver. I made it clear we knew how to drive a clutch as our family is all mechanically inclined. They then told me about the fly wheel but wouldn't fix it. They slapped a new clutch in it and charged me again. Within a short time clutch was gone again.

We bought a rebuilt transmission from Gearheadz. Shipping these things is complicated and they did their part well. They didn't give us a deadline of when to return the core, which was nice, because switching them put took about a month! Pickup and refund of core deposit were prompt and efficient. They also had the best price we could find....for an 06 Corolla. Would only use Gearheadz should another transmission need replacing!!!

GRADE A service!! Gives honest service and realistic price options without overselling you! I took my Lexus is350 to a shop before Gearhead and the other guys wanted to charge me double the amount ! I love the fair, honest, and familial service these guys provide ?
