I had a great experience!I called ahead of time to check their inventory. The lady that answered was very helpful and she also helped me at the store. The process was quick and easy. Their prices are good and they could deliver the washer/dryer combo the same day. They didn’t over charge for delivery or installation. Thank you! I’ll give a future update after I’ve had my appliances for a while.

The best whole company's customer service I have had in a long. The sale rep was knowledgeable/kind about all the appliances, the manager was great/understanding/followed up on my needs, the appliance mover was fast/efficient, and the owner put the candles on the cake. Awesomeness! I will definitely be buying from them again! Bravo Zulu Vime!

Jennifer was really helpful when I visited the store. And what blew my mind was the delivery driver called Alex, he went over and above to get my dryer in the laundry room by taking out my door and removing parts of the dryer. I'm really satisfied and highly recommend Vime Home Solutions.

I went in and purchased a washer dryer and refrigerator. The sales person gave me the breakdown told me there will be an upcharge because the washer and dryer is on the second floor which I had no problem with. I paid a little bit over 4200 in cash. The owner of the establishment was the one who delivered and installed my equipment. They had a little bit of an issue bringing the washer and dryer up the stairs because of how the stairs are position. They did chip the stairs and left some marks on the wall. What really got me was the fact that the owner tried to hustle me out of some more money because the sale rep did not quote me properly. I politely told him that is a conversation between him and his employees and that is a coaching moment for them to pay attention. He was upset that I was not going to pay the up charge. While making his way out the door he stated that I receive $6000 worth of appliances for 4000 what he didn't know was I already did my research on how much the appliances were before going to the store because I wanted to support a minority owned business versus going to Home Depot, Best Buy ETC. I just hope that my appliances were installed properly and that no negligence was done because I refuse to pay for the mistakes of his employees. I should have read the reviews looks like he does this often try to hustle people for more money!!!!

I got a full kitchen set same brand, the sales people were really kind and helpful, the prices were really affordable and the financial company was also very amazing and the process only took less than 5 minutes, and the delivery was the very next day.

Let me tell you all about these folks. When I walked in they were SO friendly. I saw the washer set I wanted and EXAMINE the washer and Dryer everything was in good condition. After delivery(I was not home) I return and found my washer SCRATCH so badly. I called the store immediately the next business day and the guy(younger Spanish guy) was RUDE he pass the phone to the other female that was there that didn’t even KNOW what washer set I bough even AFTER I told her my name and address she said “ You have to call LG support” I’m thinking to myself Lady I didn’t bought an LG set. But however I called them because the owner told me if I had ANY issues to call them first and he’ll help! That was a lie they made excuses rather than help me out. They told me the scratches were already on the set and I have OCD to the max I would have NEVER purchased a scratch washer set for the price I paid! He then proceeded to tell me how they didn’t t’installas the washer and dryer wrong but guess what my set is supposed to be connected to the wifi then they said my internet connection is not good that’s why it’s not connecting, then they said to me the washer didn’t come with a manual….my next question obviously was then “How in the world did you all set up my washer” they respond all we did was hoooked it and that’s all” I said no! According to Samsung support you have to push a few buttons NOT just plug and go” he said nope that’s all we did.So, they didn’t scratch up the washer and they didn’t set up the washer and dryer that continuously gives error codes.

These people are awesome. When buying the refrigerator Shannon answered all of my questions and not once did she seem frustrated. I had a lot of questions. They delivered my fridge the next day, helped me setup and make sure it was working. When I called about operating the refrigerator the guy came right out and addressed my questions.I will be buying my next appliance from this company!

Beware of lost leaders advertised on Facebook Market Place. Was told today a mini fridge I was interested in was available, drove 30 minutes to get to vime only to be told it was sold yesterday. If this is their way of luring customers to their store, they should be ashamed. My advice is never do business with liars.

Delivery price doubled after old appliances were out and new smaller appliances were sitting in garage. In my opinion I should have gone with Home Depot.
