I initially left a positive Google review because the store required me to do so while purchasing new phones. However, after this ongoing headache of trying to turn in our old phones, I have to change my review to one star.
We have attempted six times to drop off our phones, only to be met with locked doors, excuses, and an overall lack of professionalism. One evening, we arrived at 6:40 PM (well before their posted 7 PM closing time) only to find the door locked. An employee was standing inside, but instead of helping us, they simply told us they were closed and refused to assist. On another occasion, we arrived at 5 PM, found the door locked again, and were told by the employee inside that he was on a lunch break. We returned later as instructed, only to find the door still locked.
Every time we ask for the manager, we’re told she has “just left” and to try again the next day. Calling the store doesn’t help either—it's the same excuse every time. This has been a ridiculous and frustrating process that should have been resolved in a single visit. Although our initial experience was ok at this point, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone they waste your time driving back and forth.

Our family of 5 recently changed our provider to Verizon and took advantage of a great deal of receiving 5 iPhones and 5 Apple Watches plus-pay off 2 phones. Jaden was magnificent multitasking our order and questions while providing excellent customer service to customers in the store. He’s extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely 5 stars👍🏽🙌🏽👏🏽
