Verizon Wireless is terrible. Whether a personal or business account, the customer support is non-existent. The services and devices they market don't work properly, and they don't care as long as they are taking your money.They say they will take your feeedback and work to resolve it. This is just a lie. They have no interest in company improvements.

Worse than buying a car! Wait time is horrendous. Do not recommend this location at all! I sat watching employees flirt with each other for 20 minutes while I waited to be called I was the only customer in the queue! Worst customer service EVER AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT *RUDE*

Brittany at this store is the most disrespectful worker I've ever met in my life. I pay a lot of money to have service with Verizon & when I walk in I expect customer service, not someone to roll their eyes at me because I have small child. She rolled her eyes & said I'll be with you in a minute to check you in. 20 minutes later another woman walks up to us & says has anyone checked you in? We said no one has come up to us & that comment because I'm frustrated & have already been giving the sense we were going to be given poor customer service, she said rudely said what can we help you with then? There was zero customer service, Brittany looked over at us & said to the customer service"I can't handle this" shaking her head & giving us ugly looks. She finally came & helped us & there was so much irritation & judgement in her voice with rude looks that I had to walk out with my small child & let my husband handle the rest. She has never been nice to us, we go in to pay her bill & every time she acts like it's the worst thing for VERIZON CUSTOMERS with small kids to walk into her store. I don't ever post negative reviews but it has happened so much that I can not hold my words anymore. We might be switching services & for sure going to a different Verizon here on out.

This was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve had with costumer service anywhere. My dad and I got new phones and were told we had 30 days to bring our old ones back. My dad, the account holder, lives two hours away so before we left we both made sure to ask: Do we have to bring them back to this store specifically? Which we were told yes (I didn’t catch the employees name, unfortunately) we also asked if my dad had to be there to return the old phones, they said no. We went back there today and THE SAME EMPLOYEE told me my dad had to be there to return them and we could’ve taken them to any shop. I leave and try a different Verizon store and the guy there was able to deal with the situation within 10 minutes or less and we had no problems actually saying “maybe don’t go back there.”

Just came in here with my gf to see what upgrade plans were available and Todd was super polite and helpful!Ultimately the upgrade wasn’t for us because of our old plan but very grateful for Todd’s professional not pushy service!

I had an issue with my phone the day after I bought it. When I brought my phone back, I was assisted by Karen, who was an outstanding representative. She was able to get me a brand new phone with no questions asked. She also assisted me with upgrading my phone case and screen protector. Can’t say enough good things about her. She needs a raise!

I had great customer service at this new location. I had my phone stolen and they were so helpful figuring out what I could do while I waited over a weekend to have my new phone shipped to me by my insurance carrier. They put a SIM card in an old phone and downloaded my contacts. Today when I went back to have my new phone set up they went above and beyond helping me to register several additional items like my screen saver! I worked primarily with Dillion but several of the other staff were helpful as well! Great customer service!

My husband and I had a very positive experience working with Todd and Samantha at the East Cobb store recently. Bill had lost all of his data on his previous phone; however, with help from Verizon tech online most of it had been restored. At the store Todd and Samantha were very patient in helping him transfer the restored data to his new phone and showing him how to make sure that auto backup was selected. They were knowledgeable about the various products in the store and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with the service that we received.

Long time verizon customer.I show up. The rep starts to help me until another customer shows up. He then decides that my business is less important than the guy that just walked in!After 5 minutes i just left.Do you not teach basic customer service skills?

I wish I could blame a horrible experience on one poorly trained, poorly motivated employee but I cannot. I came away convinced that Verizon management jut does not care about its customers or its brand. How is it possible to put such an inadequate employee in a position to serve customers? From what I saw, the rest of the team was only marginally better.We went across the street and moved all of our business to a competitor. We found knowledgable and patient employees who did a great job. The rest of the employees in the store were doing a great job too.Verizon just does not care.BTW...the address for this store is still wrong, There is a note in the reviews from March pointing out that the address is wrong along with a mindless marketing response from Verizon. Notice that there is not a change in the Adress; it's still wrong, I should have known.

Ask for Chris! We had a pretty complicated account line transfer plus 6 devices to turn in and he handled it like a pro. Very confident, very efficient! We appreciated him a lot!

Brittany assisted me in the purchase of a phone. She was professional, patient and knowledgable! I also had scheduled an appt. and was seen on time. No wait! I am happy with the service I received and my purchase!

I’ve had mostly positive experience working with Verizon wireless employees. My wife and I have been Verizon customers for over 15 years. Yesterday was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. First off, the manager was rude to my wife about her service dog. My wife has needs medical support from her dog and he goes everywhere with her out of the house. He is clearly marked and has all certificates needed. Our dog is very calm in public and doesn’t bother people unless they get too close to him (which is part of his Job) I went into this store to buy a new phone for my wife. The manager I was working with was not able to provide a clear answer to what phones she had available and what the prices were. It was almost like she didn’t want to sell me a phone. If I wanted to order a phone online I would have done that on my own. I ended up going to Costco and getting her the phone she wanted. Never going back to this store again. I suggest Smyrna if you absolutely need to buy anything in person.
