The store rep was not very knowledgeable in reference to issues with my phone. She never even looked at the phone to try to see if it could be fixed. Customer service was less than expected.

Just came in here with my gf to see what upgrade plans were available and Todd was super polite and helpful!Ultimately the upgrade wasn’t for us because of our old plan but very grateful for Todd’s professional not pushy service!
