When I realized this location was an authorized dealer and not an actual Verizon store, I almost walked out before upgrading my phone. In the end, I wish I would have. I received amazing service from V and Michaela! They were helpful and had pleasant, professional demeanors. Their service deserves 5 stars. The problem: I bought over $100 in accessories I didn’t need (now that iPhone uses c-ports), so I attempted to return them. I wasn’t thrilled with the return policy and how the store chose to process the return with a “special” discount I’d received, but whatever. While their return policy didn’t make sense to me, I could get over it because V and Michaela had been sooo nice. Unfortunately, though, there was another person helping V with my return and she was not pleasant or professional at all. She decided to ask questions about my visit as if I wasn’t standing two feet away from her. When I attempted to answer her questions directly, she told me she wasn’t talking to me. She went on to say she “didn’t have any secrets” when I commented that she was talking as if I wasn’t standing there listening. It was such a night and day experience from my prior visits with V and Michaela. I’d previously shared with V my hesitation to conduct business at an authorized dealer and told him this was why. Never would a Verizon employee act this way. The lady then brags about how this location’s reviews were better than the Verizon stores’ reviews. I told her how I’d selected the location based on the reviews (not knowing it was an authorized dealer) but that I’d be sure to write my own. I’ve been with Verizon for many years and my only other bad experience was at a different authorized dealer. Never again! I have to wonder if this location’s Google reviews are padded because there’s no way her service is included in any positive postings. If you absolutely must visit this location, be sure to ask for V or Michaela and avoid the blonde lady if at all possible. We spend too much money on phones, cell service, accessories and everything else to be subjected to such poor customer service.

Troy is absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond to support folks. I'm a return customer because of the dedication of managers like him. Dude deserves a raise and all the public recognition!

I had a grand experience at Verizon on Dallas highway today. I went in for a new screen protector and had a few questions and the nice man was so kind answered my questions and even put on my screen protector for me.

Great service even with only one overworked manager. Treated we disabled seniors like family. Switched from Team Mobile and got free Google Pixel 7a android phones. May take advantage of their $25 internet service now paying $55 with AT&T.Tom FlynnGoogle 7th level local Guide/Reviewer.

Michaela was utterly FANTASTIC! She handled herself so well, having 3 sets of people needing help and helping an Elderly regular needing patient assistance as she learned phone. She was a great multi-tasker, she got us and three phones situated while helping another couple with three phones and another lady deciding on phone. In the middle of this credit card machine wasn't connecting. She used her tools to reach out for help, solve problems and keep us in the loop of all. She is a gem! So young yet had the customer service we use to see out in retail. I was in retail management for over 20 years and I would definitely say she's excellent at it and has some great leadership qualities! She made a long visit feel okay because she had great people skills and was trying her best to solve issues and the fact that she multi-tasking like a pro! Lovely customer service!

The young woman who handled my appointment was most excellent. She answered every question immediately, and so simply extremely knowledgeable for a 20-year-old. I can’t imagine why she is not already a manager of a store with that much knowledge, that’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with Verizon, although I did have a horrible experience with the one on Shiloh and way green Road Cherokee Street I guess is the intersection in the store manager there was that obnoxious and rude I don’t have her name but that’s the only bad experience I’ve ever had with Verizon was with this woman at that store… But Michaela is the absolute best at her job. I couldn’t be more happy and I’m speaking from experience as a man with two doctorate in the masters degree in education, and this woman is very very good.

My husband and I were having trouble ordering our phones until we decided to go to the Verizon store in Marietta, and Paul was a tremendous help to us! He listened carefully to our concerns, and provided A+ customer service. We now have our phones, and all the perks that come with it. Thanks for being amazing, Paul, and we wish we could have spoke to you in the first place!
