Not one to leave bad reviews but it keeps getting worse.
We worked with Keira who lied in circles and tried to hide fees from us, with a know it all attitude and so so slow in getting anything done. She will hand you a receipt with $0 trade in value and act like you are all set after taking your trade in phone. Sneaks in activation fees that she is “waiving” argue about the promotions, lied about the trade in amount.
Aman - another sales rep who argued with me when I told him how dishonest they are. Literally argued with me!
Be careful when signing any paper work bc they grade themselves a 5, and just have you sign, customer should be grading the service and not the employee.

Kiara was fantastic. She worked thru a sim card issue that was difficult and I appreciated her patience and help. Go see her if you come in.

The staff is friendly and helpful.
This is a third party seller, not corporate Verizon store. Some of their policies are different from corporate Verizon, and some of their prices will be different also.
Overall, a good experience, just not great.

Curt was amazing walking us through the process of adding a new line and giving us the best deal. He kept his word on keeping the price where we wanted. 10/10 suggest using this location and working with Curt.

Excellent service from Curtis! He stayed two hours past closing to make sure we had everything set up and had no issues. He did everything he could to make sure every applicable discount was applying and to ensure that we were satisfied. 10/10

Went by the West Cobb Verizon store to get assistance with transferring all of my contacts, apps, email, etc. The store manager at that location, Curt, went way above and beyond in helping me get everything transferred over without a hitch. I would highly recommend doing business at this location as Curt truly understands and delivers superb customer service!
