Kiara was fantastic. She worked thru a sim card issue that was difficult and I appreciated her patience and help. Go see her if you come in.

The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a third party seller, not corporate Verizon store. Some of their policies are different from corporate Verizon, and some of their prices will be different also. Overall, a good experience, just not great.
