The most horrible experience I and my spouse have ever had with a company , customer service is rude and don’t wanta explain anything… i cancelled within my first day because of my horrible experience and I listen to red flags immediately so I cancelled immediately.. now inquiring about my refund and nobody knows nothing or when I will get it or even how much ….. stay far away from this company if you want decent service. I didn’t get any kind of confirmation email about being cancelled or my refund . And not much of anything on the phone either from the Brain dead agent.. my refund should be processed on the original payment method & not a check anyway!! They are nice and quick when sucking you in for service, but slow and rude when you no longer want the service

The service reps provide good service , but it's ridiculous that my insurance went up ! I paid as much for full coverage as I am just liability And I thought the older you get and no issues or points it should go down ! Not the case here
