The worst post office. Ever. Says it opens at 8:45. It’s after 9:00 am and the doors are still locked with lights off. I can hear them back there joking and laughing. Ridiculous. If you cannot do the job, find another career.

This has always been the worst post office. Since I have been avoiding it for years, it hasn’t gotten any better. I thought it would be OK to use the self-service kiosk, but that experience was terrible as well. The instructions on how to use it were close to nonexistent, entering the zip code was an exercise in frustration (maybe the glass was dirty?), and it wouldn’t read my credit card despite numerous attempts. So I was forced to go inside and deal with the desk. Miraculously, there was no line, but there was also no person to help me. I waited for some time before yelling into the back. I understand that employees may have other things to do when not busy, but they need a way to signal that a paying customer is there and needs assistance. It strikes me as a business that has very little interest in caring about its performance. Very disappointing.

Hands down the worst post office I’ve ever been to. One person working and three standing around joking. Took an hour for 5 people to get through the line. The post master needs to be fired for their inability to manage the staff.

The Sprayberry location on Sandy Plains in Marietta, is likely the WORST excuse for Mail Carriers as they come. Track a package, have verified it is coming today, arrange to work from home and that in itself is like asking for no traffic in Atlanta for the next 12 months. Camp out in the living room so I wont miss the delivery, ALL DAY, even going as far as using the bathroom with the door open to hear that door bell or knock. Only to find out the carrier didn't get out of the truck, it was easier for them to place a "Sorry We Missed You" tag in the box and pick it up from their location tomorrow. These documents were shipped 2 Day for a reason, we took off work for a reason, we have door bell cameras for a reason and I will be requesting a refund for this very reason. Seems like mail service lately, especially in Metro Atlanta has enough bad publicity that you wouldn't have to worry about someone being that lazy to at least make a 1/2 hearted attempt at delivery. With the number of people that are looking for jobs right now, is it that hard to hire someone that will do their job?

They are constantly not delivering packages and marking the status as “customer requested hold.” I’ve never requested a hold on my packages.

30% of all the mail I was shipping through this post office was lost. My tracking codes show that they never even went into transit after I dropped them off. I now drive 20 minutes out of my way to the Woodstock post office, and have not had any problems since.

30066 USPS = INCOMPETENT, CORRUPT, THEFT, just plain Horrible! Package held at the post office, but I never requested it! They’re simply too lazy to deliver it! Packages lost, packages requiring signature simply thrown in the bushes by the mailbox. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE CITY AND THE MANAGER DOES NOT CARE. FILED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS OVER THE YEARS AND NOTHING CHANGES. USPS=SUCKS! Update- May 14,2024 just received a notification- Delivery attempted, but we weren’t able to deliver because business closed. Another fraudulent carrier. This is not a business and no delivery attempt was made! FRAUDSTERS! POSTMASTER, take notice!

Told I was trying to play the "Black Card" trying to drop off my package today when I walked up to a free clerk. Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary

Be prepared to lose at LEAST an hour of your day here even if you’re just dropping something off or picking something up because there is ZERO urgency and the laziest group of people I’ve probably every encountered, like i was SHOCKED at how horrible my experience was to pick up a single package. Genuinely feels like the twilight zone in here, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT

Went to ask why my package has not arrived… their answer… it is on it’s way and you will get it when we will get it

Two packages got lost in the mail. Which is normal. My problem is the attitude of the "Supervisor" Greta. Unprofessional is an understatement, no soft skills what so ever. Then had to nerve to try and project. I was calm until she gave some weak excuse and a side of attitude, "We know it got delivered because xx and xx are your neighbors, the satellite dinged the driver in front of your house, you can come check if you want", and my all time favorite, "ma'am ma'am ma'am, are you gonna let me talk." Mind you, the minute I ask a common sense question, she cuts me off. I hope every package she ever orders gets stolen from her front porch or mailbox for the rest of her life.
