I've been waiting on a package since Wednesday June 26th. In my email it said it was delivered to the parcels locker but there wasn't any key left. I went to the post office and told them. The lady at the door said it was a substitute driver that did the delivery and it would be left in the mailbox the same day. Still nothing! Today is Saturday and I want my package and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! THIS POST OFFICE IS VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Mail is ALwAYS missing!!! Literally stood by the mailbox, as I had already saw what was coming from informed delivery….it was 6 pieces of mail. Mail person pulls up….put ONE piece of mail in my box!!! I caught up with her and asked “Are you sure that’s all for my address……she gave me another handful of mail”!!! Monday 6/3 I saw all of my mail on informed delivery……one was a check…..got EVERYTHING EXCEPT my CHECK!!! I swear this is NOT a coincidence!! They just need to close this Annex because they literally SUCK!!!

Is sad that the USPS has such terrible and incongruent customer service. The people at this location don’t seem to care about the people they are there serve. Very unhelpful.

The employees at this Annex location should be in FEDERAL PRISON, not "working" within the comforts and benefits of a government job.

I live 1 mile from this United States Postal Center and my home mail is processed through this facility. Last year I ordered an item from a company in Missouri. The item was shipped and after six weeks I didn’t receive it. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. Three months later I received the original package and it had been opened and resealed and the original shipping stickers were removed. My address was written on the box with a marker. I also had the mail person that delivers my mail leaving a sticker in my mailbox claiming that my package couldn’t be delivered because no one was home, even though I saw the mail truck stop at my mailbox and put my mail into it with the sticker. The driver didn’t even pull into my driveway or even try delivering my package. I also had the U.S.P.S. Tracking slowed that my package was delivered when it was not! I also had the U.S.P.S. Tracking showed that my package was undelivered because of a bad address. I went to the Postal Facility that my mail pass through and picked up my package, the package had the correct address on it and it was plainly visible on the box. The quality of the United States Postal Service has become a joke!

I drop off my packages daily and they are quickly scanned and the staff is super friendly. Being an eBay reseller customer is very important and the staff here is fantastic. Headed there now with 20 more packages and definitely expect the same service as the previous 100 trips. Thank you!

Same thing as everyone else that has written a review. Had an expensive package that shows it made it to this post office and was out for delivery, but then shows returned to sender and that it was undeliverable. Tried calling several times and no one answers the phone.

Gave them a call a total of 6 times through the day. Starting at 9 am and ending at 3 pm. They refuse to answer the phone or offer any assistance

Incompetent staff, and I see the this is normal for this facility. My package was here and then misshipped, taking FOUR MORE DAYS TO SHIP. When will this staff be fired???

Anytime I track a package of mine and see it’s going through this post office, I just prepare myself for the worst. This is the second time I’ve gotten an alert for a package with an “incomplete address” and that they are unable to deliver. And then it randomly appears a week later with no tracking updates in between.

I have an active forwarding order and the carrier is returning all of my mail to sender. I've called USPS twice and spoke to a supervisor who said they'd take care of the problem but they have not. They don't answer their phone either!

Package delivery flagged my address as incomplete and returning it to sender. I called the main customer service number and they verified the address on lable matched my address and that it is a verified address in their system. This is the second time they are killing live animals by being stupid or lazy. I called them nonstop at their location's phone number nonstop for 2 hours and no one answered. Someone at this location needs to be fired.

The don't answer the phones. If you call another annex location they can give a different local number that they may answer before 2 but even that one is no good after that. The staff isn't helpful at all. You could find some high schoolers that could do the job better. Fire them all and provide us with staff that works.

Very slow service every time
