Above and beyond help from this location. I had received back a international package twice, & a very lovely older black man with a mustache & glasses helped me (I didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond to help me figure out why my package kept being sent back. He figured it out & apologized for USPS’s mistake and I was thrilled not having to pay shipping a 3rd to send it out. Fingers crossed the package gets to where it needs to be. Thank y’all so much again for your help ??

Walter is GREAT. Operations - don't understand why there is one person working the 2 times I've been there recently? Being your PATIENCE and lots of TIME in the case there is a line. What happened to the machines in the lobby that you could do the basics yourself? Thank you, Walter.

I was helped by Walter and he was wonderful! He explained to me the different types of pricing on priority shipping and gave me on the spot estimates. Wonderful experience and also was in and out! Shipped my package and was done ✔️ thanks Walter for all your help!

I’ve only ever heard people describe the passport application process as ‘difficult’ or ‘complicated’, but Danny at Passport Services made this experience the complete opposite. He was kind, informative, and professional throughout my entire interaction with him. He’s truly one of those golden stars that people always refer to when speaking about postal service workers. Thank you, Danny, for all your help!

I absolutely HATE coming here. They are super SLOW!! They spend more time engaging with each other when they have a line as opposed to trying to get everyone out in a timely manner. And JOHN IS RUDE!! Fred is slowest of them all. I rarely leave bad reviews but this place is sickening.

I am amazingly surprised about how great my experience was at this facility's passport agency. We had to acquire 2 minors approvals and applications for passports (new) and did the appointment process online to make an appointment for noon. We walked in, there wasn't a line at all, they had the appointment down, and Danny was absolutely amazing in the entire process. He was super nice and pleasant, knew extensively his job and what needed to be done, and he had us processed and out the door in less than 20 minutes for doing 2 new passport applications for minors. It was truly a 5 star service from Danny at this facility for passport services!!

Long lines, rude staff. I was out running errands and had some presents I needed to mail. They didn't have any supplies out for me to wrap or address a package. When I asked the man working for a sharpie and some tape he looked at me like I just asked him to cut the grass with scissors. I was told I should have done this already. Like is this not the post office???

Would put zero stars if I could.. since when you HAVE to buy stamps by 20 minimum ?! Never saw that in any post office location, glad to be stuck with 15 extra stamps and for the money I spent for no reason. WILL NEVER RETURN IN THIS LOCATION

passport feedback: The man who works there is very rude, I believe he never has a great day and could treat people better, if he is not happy at work he doesn't need to be so rude to people I hated his service . I will never come back here again! If you want to make an appointment to get your passport done, please do it somewhere else.

PASSPORT FEEDBACK: US postal service has outlived its purpose. The customer service is terrible and its incredibly inefficient. The person processes 1 applicant every 30 minutes. 99% of the info is processed online, why it's required to see one of their employees seems like nothing more than keeping people on the payroll - but they're not busy, they keep their back logs full for job security. They want big budgets without serving a purpose or the people.
