Went in today and was pleasantly surprised by the experience considering many of the other reviews for this location. The ladies at the front were pleasant, attentive, and efficient with each person they helped, despite the neverending queue. I was assisted in a quick, but friendly, manner. I don't normally need to go to the post office, but if you do I think this one will take care of you!

Receiving our mail is always 50/25/25 with them. 50% of the time it gets delayed or goes to the wrong place first, 25% of the time we don't receive it at all and gets sent back after they say they attempted delivery, 25% of the time they say they tried delivery and we requested it to be held at the post office which w have not done. Worst postal service I have ever dealt with. I live in an apartment complex with a mailbox, Amazon hub and a front door to deliver too and they somehow cannot seem to find any of them over half the time. Photo is just the most recent issue that we did not request and were home all day the day they stated they attempted delivery. Wonder why they were/ are being investigated.

If Helen Keller ran this place it would be a significant improvement.
I’d give negative stars if it were possible.
DO NOT put mail in the mailbox here. Throw it out the window driving down the rode, it has a better chance of being delivered…

They are ridiculous. Expect to be in line at least 35+ mins. Any day any time. Literally always have one person working a line of 10+ people. Very seldom will they have two people. I just don’t understand.

Just moved out of state and submitted my change of address to be effective the day I was moving. Been out of state for about 3 weeks now and haven't received a lick of mail but my Georgia mailbox is full of my mail.
Why can't the USPS get it right? I've had mail delivered to my neighbors, my neighbor's mail delivered to me, my mail forwarding isn't working my PO box was always getting the wrong mail.

Desk staff is nice, but I dropped off 100 invitations 3 weeks in advance. I dropped them off inside the post office, yet, my customers did not receive their invitations until a couple of days before the event. Also, after renting a PO box for 2 years, I still get mail for 3 other people. In addition, my bank account statment was delivered opened as if it was opened by a mail letter opener. I had to close the account and reopen during finalprepariations for my book publishing and art exhibition.

No wonder it's being investigated. I sent some prescribed meds to my wife back in January via priority mail and was never delivered. To this date they haven't found them and I keep getting the emails they're still looking for it. Yeah right. Pretty sure someone stole the package. Hope the feds get to the bottom of what's going there and in Palmetto.

Complete lack of accountability. After loosing my package (according to tracking it never even left this building) they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake and will not refund my shipping. (Have filed a claim with the USPS for the item lost, but am also denied the shipping costs there).
In what world do you get to screw up, and say, “we didn’t deliver the service you paid for, but you’re still going to get charged for it.” Will never use this USPS again. Think I’ll switch to FedEx for all my customer orders going forward. Avoid this broken system completely.

5 stars for Jackie! 0 stars for everyone else! My package was sent to this facility FOUR TIMES and showed no signs of progress. Mind you I don’t even live in GA so I couldn’t run down and grab it. Jackie FOUND my package and made a whole new label, so now it’ll head north.

Much cleaner and nicer than the nearby post office ... will definitely be coming here now!! And Cornelius working the desk was polite and great!!
