Great service and nice location. The female postal agent was super quick and helpful. This branch is dedicated to public service of George Bush and Marvin Runyon (I think). Worth reading about Runyon’s impact on the postal service, it’s a cool story!

John at the front counter is helpful, kind, efficient, informative and just overall fantastic. They are very lucky to have him. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a post office.
He helped several people that had questions with patience and a smile. Had everyone in line laughing and not minding the wait at all. But it wasn’t much of a wait since he is so fast and efficient.

The outside of the building looks abandoned because the landscaping is not maintained, the drop boxes are taped closed, and there's a broken spotlight on the building. Inside, the lady that helped me was very nice and cheerful while answering all of my questions.

I really didn't want to visit this facility because of the awful Google reviews. I'm glad I did. This branch appears to be an older facility, so it's not much to look at, but it was very clean and organized. I went to drop off a package during my lunch hour. I was prepared to wait. I went straight to the counter and was immediately welcomed, helped and thanked. And just like that, I was on my way! I figured it was still too good to be true and that they probably wouldn't scan my package until some time that night, like the others... again, they proved me wrong. Within about two hours, my package was tracking. My experience here was awesome. I definitely recommend the Marietta E. Cobb USPS...Kudos!!!

Man, I can't stand how many bad reviews the post office gets. This has been my favorite Post Office here in Atlanta. The people working here were super sweet and friendly and very efficient. Sorry for the haters, but y'all keep being your amazing selves! ❤️ Thanks for making my day.

Had to come to the post office to mail some thing. I usually don’t have a good experience at USPS. But today was an exception….??Zoon the postal worker was very nice and friendly! ? She carefully handled & labeled my fragile package. Also, no line, which is a major plus as I have back pain! ??I need to learn how to use their kiosk. ?

I've been coming to this location for many years, and I have generally found the employees to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. They have the same people working the counter, who I recognize from being there for several years. I've never had a negative experience. The lines are never really long, and they move pretty quickly, although sometimes they are slower than others times - I normally blame the customers who need an abundance of information rather than the employees if it takes longer than usual. I think this is one of the best post office locations I've been to.

This USPS location doesn't look like much from outside or inside for that matter, but don't let that stop you. I've never seen a line at this location and the employees here are pleasant. I always bring my packages if I'll be in the area, because it saves me time and the service is impeccable.
