I made an appointment to get my fingerprints done and I was pretty nervous because I hadn’t ever done anything like that before ( stupid I know?) but there was a guy that helped me he was very sweet he saw I was nervous and started up a conversation to make me feel more comfortable during the process he also talked me through each step and let me know what he was doing I didn’t get his name I wish I did . I think his name was James because I looked at the screen but he was tall blonde and had very bright blue eyes . Anyway he was the sweetest person and really made me feel comfortable ?thank you very much …also he deserves a raise

Convenient location and access. Plenty of parking. Friendly service usually but it can get very busy at times and with the two entrances tension can build as there's essentially two lines and sometimes folks don't get served in order (or in the order they would like.)

10 people in line to drop off packages and employee in the back and 1 at the counter.I walked out after 10 minutes.Came back after getting gas and the other person has finally appeared and several of the same people were still in line.Customer 'no-service'.

Dacie was very nice and helpful with me shipping my package. She does an incredible job. And I also think the manager Alex as well they have a really nice staff and working partnership.

I usually do not post reviews but my experience at this Roswell Road UPS store was bad enough to warrant a review. I went in there to have them click photos for a Canadian visa application, which were taken on a mobile phone in the store. You would expect a more professional service from a reputable chain like UPS but unfortunately not. They clicked the pictures on a mobile phone, which meant that the quality wasn’t as good. Moreover, we had requested them to mail the pictures to us, which they didn’t do until I went back two days later and asked them why I haven’t received the pictures yet. Their response was that they forgot and it was no big deal. It was extremely casual in a way that you wouldn’t expect as someone who paid nearly 70 dollars for below average services. These photos might not get approved by the embassy due to how one of them was uneven from the shoulders. When I tried to talk to the manager about this, his response was that this wasn’t their problem and they do not care about it. All in all, it was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience, and I expected better from the store. Hopefully this is rectified soon by the management.

I've used this location for several years now for birthday invitation printing. This year I decided to give them a try for our holiday card and they did not disappoint! Alex is always wonderful to work with, he knows his stuff and double checked all of the details to make sure everything printed at the highest quality, keeping my budget in mind too. I love having a store I can go back to for consistent quality work. Highly recommend, the entire team there is very kind and helpful!

Dealing with legal stuff, I've had to come to this store several times for copying, scanning, getting docs notarized, etc. Today, I probably spent close to 2 hours there getting over 1,000 pages copied (no exaggeration). Olivia is an angel!! She was so patient and helped me organize my mess! I owe her big time! Good customer service is so hard to find these days, but this store's staff is A-1, every time!!

EXCELLENT customer service! They were open on Veterans' Day, provided me with a clear pouch for my preprinted label, helped me seal my package, and reminded me to take a picture of the label since it was being sent via USPS and they wouldn't be able to provide a tracking receipt with it.

I’ve shipped several fine art paintings through this store and they always do a fantastic job packing—saving me so much time from having to make my own crates. They know what they are doing and always have friendly and attentive customer service.

I am a new business owner in Marietta, and our office is approximately one mile from the UPS store located on Lower Roswell. For the past eight months, I have made countless stops in the store needing copying, shipping, print design, and fliers. Alex and his staff have anyway been extremely hands-on and helpful. They are great at problem-shooting and always accommodated me with time-sensitive projects.I recently moved to Powder Springs and have access to a UPS store right around the corner. Because of the excellent service and staff, I still opt to drive to this UPS store in Marietta and do business with Alex and his team because of their work quality, fair pricing, and attention to detail.I highly recommend this UPS store to anyone, especially if you run a small business like myself and need that personal support
