I just had the most helpful UPS service I think I've ever had.I printed out the wrong label and I was thinking, great, I have to drive back home and figure out what I did wrong, print out the correct label, and drive back here.Instead, the nice young man said, I can help you with that. It took a solid 5 minutes to go through my email and a website before he was able to find what I needed to return my package. I paid a small fee for printing, which I didn't mind, anything to save my sanity, and was on my way!Thank you!

Annoyed, the website and the store front says open at 830 and 845 and it's still not open. The only time I have to drop off a package and couldn't do it....?

Refused to help,or exsplain how to get the label they needed. They could of helped call Amazon or better exsplain .

Problems with this place 50% of the time. If they weren't closest for Amazon returns I wouldn't go at all. It's like they don't want your packages and will keep citing rules why they can't take it then change their minds when you show them they're wrong. Get it together, guys.Measure packages before you say no they're outside of size limit and look at the Amazon return before you tell customers you can't take it.It just makes your job harder and pisses off the customer following rules when you don't.

This is the most efficient UPS store I’ve ever been to. Anytime I go to a different one it takes an eternity for them to serve 2 customers. When I go here they’re multitasking customers and working with speed and purpose. Even if it’s out of my way, I’ll make the drive because it’s so frustrating going to another UPS store. Not only are they remarkably efficient but they’re so kind and helpful too! Simply the best!

By far the worst UPS store I have ever visited. These people are extremely rude and the prices are outrageous. I went in with a package that was less than a pound and I am shipping it 3 hours away. They told me it would be $71 to arrive in 3 days. Then he said well $64.99. I said okay, I will not ship. He then says welp $29.99 for 2 days. Yes, you read that correctly. I took my items and left. They are unethical and price gouging. I went to another store and shipped for $12.72.

I have used this location a few times without issue. Recently, I’ve fallen on hard times financially and had to overnight a check that I received from a non-profit to GA Power to keep my lights on. UPS lost the check. I called and spoke with a woman who assured me we can file a claim and all will be returned to me. Almost a month passes and no one communicates with me. I finally call only for someone to tell me they’ll call me back in five minutes and fail to do that’s too. I call after thirty minutes. I’m told the claim is approved! Except for substantially less money than sent and now my lights will be shut off. The staff failed to inform me that my check would only be covered up to $100 when I sent $376 plus the nearly $40 to overnight the check. The shipping fee won’t be refunded to me either. Staff thinks it’s okay that they don’t inform their customers of insurance limits because there are “millions of things and we can’t possibly tell you everything.” I would think twice before using this location for anything valuable. I would think twice before using UPS at all. USPS gets a bad rep but I’m sure there is a reason UPS is mailing my claim payout via USPS instead of using their own services.

Got here at 8:15. Door says they open at 8:30. Waited then at 8:45 no one was there to open. Not sure I’ll be back this early. The service is great if they’re open.

I recently opened a mailbox at this location. The staff was very helpful with getting the process completed. Being able to know any mail and packages that arrive are safe is very reassuring. They always send notifications when I have packages ready for pickup and every time I go in, they’re quick to help. The service at this location is really great.

Needed a notary, had stopped at 2 other UPS stores where the notary wasn't around that day. Finally called around to see who had a notary actually available and onsite. These guys actually picked up the phone (unlike 2 other places I called), only charged $5 and was really quick. Definitely recommend this placer!

This company loses packages all the time and has failed for months to fix anything therefore stay away from this place they lose things they never follow through on anything
