The store never opens on time. I waited. Came back later and the employee tried to tell me he was there at 8:30. I made a call to the 1-800 to see if the hours that were listed online and on the door correct at 8:35. Just a huge inconvenience!!!

Extremly rude store clerk. He first made a sarcastic remark about the preprinted label I had (it printed as a full sheet of paper). I apologized and asked if it was a problem. He said he'd make it work and used 3 vertical strips of packing tape over the label, one on either side and one down the middle. I asked that he put one on the top and bottom of the label to secure the edges so they would be ripped and he told me that if he did it for me he'd have to do it for the next 100 customers that came in and suggested I buy a roll of tape. I promised that they wouldn't know and he agreed to put strip at the top which he did. I asked about the bottom and he put a piece on the bottom that was only on the label and not on the box, which would still allow the paper label to be snagged. I ask that he repeat it correctly and he again suggested I buy a roll of tape. I said I didn't need a roll of tape and he said he'd just cancel the shipment. I said no and he walked away. I took a picture of him and the box as he was helping the next customer to post on Facebook and Instagram and left the package there, telling him that if it was lost it would be on him. I've never had such conversation as this in a UPS store. This clerk needs to be taught how to deal with customers and I will be very unlikely to use this store and much less likely to use any UPS store in the future for our business.

Came to drop off my Amazon package and Tony helped me print label. Very good customer service and nice people. Would highly recommend this store for printing shipping services as well. This is my go to UPS store

I just had the most helpful UPS service I think I've ever had.I printed out the wrong label and I was thinking, great, I have to drive back home and figure out what I did wrong, print out the correct label, and drive back here.Instead, the nice young man said, I can help you with that. It took a solid 5 minutes to go through my email and a website before he was able to find what I needed to return my package. I paid a small fee for printing, which I didn't mind, anything to save my sanity, and was on my way!Thank you!
