I walked in the store to return a amazon box on July 3rd and was told to go back to the door and wait in line by a young woman. There was no line! I was advised that I would have to pay additional money to ship the box in a rude tone. I love very close to this store and will never come back. I’d rather drive 3 miles away to the next store or ship at the post office before I go back. I strongly advise everyone to take their packages to another location that gives a damn about their customers!!!!!

Friendly and professional team at this busy location. They work together to be sure everyone is waited on as quickly as possible. It’s a beautiful thing to see in this day and age. They sure seem to enjoy their work! It doesn’t get any better than this, folks.

Unhelpful and not inviting
In general there is a feeling that everyone that works there is miserable and put out by you walking in the door

Tried returning something to Amazon and dude at the counter tried to charge me. Never mind ill drive to whole foods. They also act if those they don't want to help ither!

They charge you extravagant prices and then do bait and switch . I sent an international package last Monday and I was told at the counter that the cost of expedited and standard was about the same. I was charged for the expedited, but they labeled it standard. as a consequence, the package arrived at standard time as opposed to expedite time. When I called UPS customer service, I was told that nothing can be done because the store had labeled as standard even though I was charged for expedited delivery. I was also told that it is a franchise and UPS cannot do anything about it. I would recommend that people Go somewhere else such As FedEx or DHL Or even another UPS store as this franchise is not committed to customer Satisfaction and do the classic bait and switch method.

I had to come back because what happened to me does not sit well with me at all. I was asked by the store manager to take my first review down because it was hurting the business. My daughter came to this store to mail off a 64lb box with a lot of my son personal things in it. The young lady who assist my daughter kept asking my daughter what was in in because I got the insurance in case something was to happen to the my son things. All of my son personal things that he can't get back, his daughter photos, gifts that was in the box for her. His SScard and Birth Certificate along with very important papers. I felt deep down in my spirit that someone stole the box because the young lady kept asking my daughter over and over what was all in the box. The box was supposed to have made it to Michigan that following Wednesday. (10/23) I had to lock his SS number, and within that same week. someone tried to open up something with his SS card. I have mailed things like this before and NEVER had a problem. I have sent back computers to my work, and other companies. Those companies got their product. The store manager even told me that his employees doesn't steal. Someone took my son box... I am leaving the items out on purpose, they will know what I am talking about. I mentioned the SS card and Birth Certificate because identity theft is very high. Anyone can go and get a fake id as long as they have those two pieces of papers. This really make me sick to know that you can't trust noone!!!!!!
