Worst customer service. You have 3 employees sitting that do nothing when the store is emptyand then talk bad to the customer when asking questions. They don't do their job. I come to this store after, and today, I just had it with their ilack of efficiency and redness.

Rudeness, smugness and arrogance all come rushing at you at once! And this is for merely asking a follow up question. The young lady that works here should not be allowed anywhere near customers. She will destroy your business. There is a UPS competitor store 2 miles away with much better service. I will never ever give this place my business again. Ever!

The notary is a dollar more than the notary at the shallowford store. There is very lettle selection in shipping supplies, and they charge you $2.50 to tape your box, where the Shallowford store lets you do it yourself for free. The girls in there just sit around the back computer doing nothing but talking. I feel bad for the manager she is paying all these people to sit around. They don't smile and know nothing about customer service. They just talk to each other...

I have used UPS shipping for years and have used this store many times. The past few times I have been to the store the service has been pitiful. The people working there all seem to have a chip on their shoulder and there’s never a manager around, At one time, the young men that worked there could not be helpful enough. The girls there now mumble, never have a smile, seem like they hate their job and customers - just the worse representatives for a company that prides itself on excellent customer service.

I don’t even need to write a review because it’s all been said by other people Rude, NOT helpful, literally bad. The post office or UPS store at Parkaire, down the street are much better options if you wanted be treated like a human. Places like this UPS store don’t deserve your business.

I RARELY write negative reviews, but in this case it was a MUST! These employees have THE worst attitudes. No smiles or friendly greetings at all. In fact, my little girl said once as we were leaving “this is the no smiles rude place!” I went once at 5:50 PM and had an amazon return and a package to send to a patient. They ran the amazon return through and then said, “Sorry, we already closed the till. You’ll have to ship the other item out at the UPS store down the street”. It was so insane that the people behind me commented on it! If you close at 6 PM your till needs to be open until 6 PM. Do better!!!!

The posted sign says they close at 6pm, I entered to ship a box a few minutes before and they had already shut their POS system at 5:50pm. Thats not how it should be, if you say you are open till 6pm stay fully open till 6pm.

Broke my neck to make it to the store #4555 before the closing time, to send out medical records with a pre-printed shipping label. Two ladies coldly tell me that the "guy who handles it" left earlier, but I can go to their next location a mile away. Per their statement, he left "knowing" i could do this service at the other location. No"sorry" , "we apologize for the inconvenience " or anything similar. Utterly unprofessional and entitled.
