I do not recommend this place due to their poor customer service. After participating in their wine club for years, I asked to end my membership and was told it would be no problem. The owner said she would end the monthly fee immediately. She continued the membership for an additional four months. When I asked if she'd return those funds to my account, she said she would not, but she would give me the wine. If I wanted the wine, I would have continued the membership. Very simply, the owner did not do what she said she would do, and would never speak to me to explain or apologize for her mistake.

We ate dinner here with some friends and opted for sharing plates. I love having the opportunity to try a wide range of items on a menu. Like any menu, there are some items that just do not live up to the anticipation created by the menu description. The biggest disappointment of the night was the Thai Vegetable Potsticker. They were a bit gummy and not very flavorful. On the other hand, the Fried Burrata exceeded all expectations and we could not quite get enough. Another winner was the Chicken Cordon Bleu sliders with a pillow soft and deliciously salty pretzel bun and expertly fried chicken. Well done!

Very nice place owner operated. Quality staff who are cheerful professional and meet high standards, something you would find in upscale establishments in a big Metropolitan area.

Great place for small plates with big flavors. Very low-key atmosphere. The bacon flight is WILD! The chicken cordon bleu sliders on pretzel buns and the chicken pot pie are also aces. Great, extensive liquor selection especially the wines and bourbons. We had the Old Forester and Japanese Whiskey flights. We'll be back very soon; can't wait!

Decided to treat myself last night and also to try something new. So glad I chose this place. The service was great, the bartender friendly and she explained and knew her wines. I tried a wine flight which was a good way to see what I might like. I had the chefs choice/special and the beef was so tender and seasoned just right. Met a friendly brother & sister next to me and enjoyed some laughs. Will recommend and definitely be back!

If only I could give UNWINED 5 more stars. This restaurant is one of the best I have been to in years. Service, food and wine was outstanding. You cannot pass up the Hot Candied Bacon.

Its hard to believe that I have lived in the area so long and never heard of this Amazing Restaurant. Great Vibe, really Hip decor. They have a big local following. Super Dishes that are fresh with lots of variety and new specials. Delicious! The wine being poured from an unopened bottle was a pleasure to see. Try it! You won't be disappointed. Michael was a great bartender as well.

First of all... you MUST order the bacon flight! WOW! If they have the sea bass on the menu, ORDER IT! Wow! I have only had one meal here I didn't enjoy (the salmon poke). We frequent here at least twice a month and absolutely love it!

My husband and I kept passing Uncorked and decided to come for dinner aka tapas and drinks. The atmosphere was pleasant but the service and food was eh, and the drink list for bourbons are ridiculous...$17 for a 2 ounce pour? Cra-zee! The owner or manager should be having weekly training on how to provide optimal service to customers. I can tell the lack of service is not due to COVID, but a normal way of business. Our server disappeared and we had to ask another server to locate him. It was about 10 mins before he appeared and we were ready to place our order. Our server was just walking around not giving any eye contact. The fact that he didn't consistently check on us and he had to be sought or flagged down relayed the message he needs to figure out what else he can do for living because he may not make it as a server. And even if it is a summer job don't take it if you are going to do it half-ass. Again, this is where training comes in to teach him how to pan the room to see if customers need assistance...do not complain when you do not get the tip you thought you deserved. The tapas was maybe a step up from hospital food. However, the crab cakes were good but not good enough to pull this score up to a 3-star. The food was marginally seasoned, and presentation was just ok. The salad line was backed up so we canceled our salad order. Since when does it take 30 mins to get a wedge salad? Really? Backed up on a Wednesday night before 8:00? Perhaps they can learn how their competitors survived COVID--come up with a limited menu that you can nail (and season) with limited or inexperience staff. After you experience the ambience, it's over. I doubt if we will ever go back. First impressions are everything. Pretty sad because Uncork could be so much more. And if anyone disagrees it means you have never tasted great food in an ambience that has you ordering more drinks and food, laughing a little bit louder, having fun, jamming to nice chill/eclectic music and it's ok. I just hope Uncork makes some changes.

Okay Followers Listen Up!! If you want to have a Wonderful Evening Out with Family, Friends, or just want to Impress Your Date. Guess What? This Is The Place to Be At 8:30 (pm) in the Evening. My Wonderful Husband Treated Me and Our Son to this Spectacular Restaurant. The obiance was elegant. The Hostess Antony was Very, Very Professional, although I was a little anxious she calmed me with her beautiful personality and with her professionalism. The food and wine was Delish. So put this one on your Bucket List. You will not be Disappointed. Ooh and by the way, Hannah our server made sure our service Was Top Priority. You Must Go!!
