The manufacturer of our road sweeper recommended this place to have the Kubota secondary engine worked on. I'm glad he did. Wes got me in quick and diagnosed it with pinpoint accuracy. He and Jason took the time to explain things to me and are a pleasure to work with. I am so glad I found this gem. Wow, what a blessing.

I haven't visited this place yet. But they recommended to me that it is a place with a lot of experience in diesel mechanics. And I see more positive comments and few negative ones. I'm going to visit and I'll tell you about my experience soon.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have nothing but praise for Jason and his employees. I took a Kubota tractor in for what I thought would be major repairs. Jason suggested to do a diagnostic to make sure. It wasn’t the problem that I thought it was. He is honest and up front on all pricing.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My wife and I were traveling from FL to TN to our nephews wedding and while passing thru Atlanta at 1:00 in the morning my truck threw a DEF code that was not good. We got a hotel in Atlanta and got up the next morning on a hope and a prayer that we would be able to get our truck fixed and head on to TN. We stopped at the Dodge dealership only to be told we didn’t have an appt and the truck wouldn’t be looked at for 3 to 5 days. We called around and we’re referred to Turbo diesel. I can’t say enough about the AMAZING service we receive. It started from when Ashley answered the phone, she went the extra mile to explain our situation and Jason took great care of us from there. Also want to thank Wes the technician that took great care of us, he kept us informed of what was going on. The compassion and caring was so heartfelt and was so appreciated. I would give them a 10 out of a 5 star rating!!! Thank again Ashley, Jason, Wes and others that might have had a hand it making our day and turning a bad situation in to a positive experience. Thank for again for going above and beyond and doing whatever it took to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. They truly know what great customer service is!! ?Thank you again, Rob and Terry!

They ONLY got 3 stars because of the mechanics who did a great job. Just frustrated with the amount of time and detail I spent explaining what needed to be done only for half of it to be completed by pick-up. Double check any quote and go into great detail to ensure you are aware of what will be done. Nothing unscrupulous, just lack of attention if I had to guess.
