We want to express our sincere appreciation to the staff of Town and Country West Veterinary in Marietta GA.
Especially to Dr. Jan Egins who has been wonderful helping us with a difficult medical situation we are going through with our pet. Both, Anaya and Keiza have also demonstrated love for their work with a smile always.
Special thanks to Oliver Carvajal, practice manager, who has shown exemplary professionalism in every step since our pet got sick.

Dr Jordan is the best!!! Our dog was diagnosed with diabetes and she has been extremely thorough and helpful throughout this difficult process. All of the staff here are amazing and it’s so helpful.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Town and Country West! I was out of town when my cat sitter told me that my 14 year old cat was sick. Since moving to Marietta, I had not found a regular veterinarian. When I returned to town the next day, I called T & C and explained the situation. They gave me an appointment for an hour later. My cat was seen by Dr. Jan Egins as well as several vet technicians. They were all fantastic! Dr. Egins was very thorough and explained everything. They were able to do bloodwork in-house to get to the bottom of what was wrong. My cat was given the best attention and then was given medication to alleviate his illness. Needless to say, I have found my cat's regular vet!! I highly recommend this veterinary office!!

This vet is amazing! I previously took my chihuahua here to get spayed about 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. However, today my chihuahua was experiencing some extremely concerning symptoms and Town and Country took her in immediately. They listened to all of my concerns and really took their time with evaluating and diagnosing her. I am forever grateful for how they took care of my baby today!! Thank you!!

Our family loves this place! My husband and I went there a few weeks before picking up our new addition just to get familiarized with the practice and the services and the prices. The sweet lady we spoke to was very informative and gave us a couple of quotes. She was very patient with our questions and super friendly. I think her name is Kimberly, she was so great. We took our 8 week old miniature schnauzer today for her check up and the staff was amazing, very welcoming and nice. Answered all of our questions and were very sweet to our baby Luna. We are happy to be a part of the Town and Country West Veterinary family. Will definitely be coming back and refer our family and friends.

If you’re looking for a thorough veterinarian clinic in the Marietta area, look no further. My wife and I live in Austell and this clinic is phenomenal. We found our 4 year old Golden Retriever puking up a toy at 3am one night, and had him scheduled and getting x-rays by 8:30am the next day on a Saturday. Dr. Maria Fiorillo is truly an expert in her craft. Her and her staff has unbelievable bedside manner. She diagnosed an abnormal sound in our pup’s abdomen, and was able to remove the blockage within an hour. So glad we have a clinic we trust with our pups. Thanks again, Dr. Maria and staff!

The best in pet care! I love town and country west and am so thankful for them! They have taken care of my 2 dogs and cat, my brothers animals, my grandmothers animals, and service lots of our friends in the community! It’s a huge relief to know that our pets are in good hands there. Dr Jordan is our favorite but all of the vets there are fantastic and the front office staff and techs are are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive as well. We have been utilizing this clinic and it’s wonderful resources for more than a decade and they always exceed expectations

Where do I begin?! My poor pup had received a vague possible diagnosis of a SBO. The previous clinic had suggested rushing her to emergency surgery versus conservative. We choose conservative since she had a similar episode before but got better with abx.
Though the first clinic did not give her abx, I couldn’t afford surgery for my baby which made me really sad.
In the pursuit of looking for affordable care, we went to Town & Country where we received the most excellent care!
Dr. Maria and the staff(Erin(FOH), I believe) got us in early and was able to diagnose her with a less severe issue but still something that can be easily managed. I cannot explain the relief that I had when Dr. Maria updated us to let us know that our baby would be ok.
She also followed up a couple of days later which made this experience even more special to us. Because of this clinic, my baby will def have a better outlook on life. I recommend this clinic to anyone in the area who is looking for a compassionate and caring staff for your fur babies.

I had scheduled an appt for my puppy to get shots and waited an hour and 30 minutes for them to tell me that the price they told me over the phone wasn’t the price they were going to charge me. The least they could do for the inconvenience of waiting is to honor the price they told me. I will not be coming back because how can you trust a place like this!? They left me on the waiting room and ignored me the whole time new walk ins were being seen without an appointment!. They dont care about your time or your pet, total disrespect with the customer! Two different vets from their office told me $130 for ALL the puppy shots needed and when I got there they wanted to charge me $160 on top of waiting an hour and 30 minutes for NOTHING! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PET HERE!!! There are better Vet clinics out there who are considerate of people’s time and who are HONEST about their prices!
**In response to your answer here: I never asked for free services or Kennel cough vaccine to be included! - you admitted that what I asked for was mentioned during my call but you couldn’t include the Bordatela even though the Vet said it was included! I asked twice! You shouldn't even be a manager if you can’t get your facts straight and honor your Veterinarian’s words!
Just be careful with what prices they give you over the phone, be prepared to pay more in person and waiting long periods while others walk in front of you who don’t have an appointment. For them is all about who they can charge more period!

While the staff is extremely nice & professional, I've noticed on 3 different occasions this year where there were discrepancies when paying for services. The first time, I was charged for a stool sample that they never took or instructed me to bring in. The second time was when they ran blood work. I asked for the exact price before I agreed to it, then at checkout, noticed that I was being charged double the price o was given. The third time, they kept urging me to microchip my dog to make it easier for them to get his temperature. They charged me $70, but NEVER mentioned that I'd have to pay an annual fee. It's one thing to have a price discrepancy once, but to have three different occasions in one year is insane.

After a horrible emergency vet experience and a weekend of crying, I made an appointment to put my little dog to sleep. I made the appointment with Town & Country, they were very helpful and empathetic in answering my questions. I arrived sure that my little dog would not be returning home with me. To my surprise after they checked my little dog over they said they could treat him. Instead of a very sad day, it was a very happy day. They , the entire staff were so kind to me and my little dog, we left well informed with meds and food. This place actually cares about pets and pet owners! I’d give them more stars if I could! Thanks T &C!

This has been the best veterinarian clinic I have used for my fur babies. I have taken multiple fur babies here and had services from eye removal to neutering for both cats and dogs. Just recently, my dog hurt herself and I was panicked. They saw me right away and by that night she was already feeling better. I definitely recommend them!
