This Home Depot is the closest to our house, and we have experienced consistent customer service, cleanliness and organized aisles for the 15yrs we have lived in Marietta.We recently had our back deck rebuilt. Home Depot had everything our installer requested with competitive pricing (compared with Lowe's and Metro Building). Our first large lumber order was placed online and delivered directly to our driveway for $79 + $30 so we could specify the delivery window.Our installer didn't give much notice when he was ready for the deck, railing and balusters. The lumber crew was so helpful, offering to cart the 2x10x16s and 2x4x16s I needed before 7am and help load them into my Expedition EL. For the 66 deck pieces and balusters, I was able to order online for my installer to pick up without issue.Once the deck was complete, we returned the few extra items with ease. We love this Home Depot and appreciate their continued excellence.

This rental store isn't what it used to be. The employees dont know how to start the machines. Dont rent anything that needs to cut or have a blade, Definitely not the stump grinders. Their stump grinders teeth are dull and they arent replacing them. They are not maintaining their equipment. The guys here used to be good years ago but not any more.

After many years of using this store, it has become very unfriendly and unhelpful. I came here to purchase a pressure washer today. Waited for help, went to the front ask where I could get a cart. The young man pointed outside said they're out there. They were outside and all the way across the parking lot, he offered no help at allWent back once I had my cart asked someone to meet me at the pressure washers. He said OK and started talking to his coworker again 10 minutes later and no one met me there so I left very unhappy.I didn't see anyone here that looked like they were in charge or anyone who looked like they cared.

I needed a print out of all the purchases I had made on my credit card. I went to customer service counter. Spoke with Deborah. She said she could not do it So I asked Shelley if she could and she said yes. Now I think it's a real shame that Deborah Just didn't want to be bothered with helping me.

recently purchased a stick vaccum cleaner at this location and despite box taped shut and confirmed by cashier to not be a return - to my dismay this item turned out to have indeed been a return with the dust cobtainer full and the on/off switch not working. I was peeved!I called the store and was instructed to bring the item back for replacement as they had one more in stock.I arrived at the store and was greeted by the assistant store manager John, who promptly took over the situation to process the return and provide me with the replacement, which he had checked for factory seal and made sure on/off switch was in working order. I appreciated him going the extra mile. He was friendly, courteous and professional during the entire process. Thank you John!

False advertising. Due to time constraints I was unable to fill the truck back up. Only used 3/8 of a tank and they charged me $140 to fill back up (well over the $6.50/gal posted all over the truck). It took a week to get a response when confronted. Said they couldn't do anything but would transfer me to a manager. Once on the phone with the manager, I was transferred back in the caller que. Never could get in touch with a manager.

I bought a bunch of yard tools the spring but this Home Depot shovel (manufacture on label says Home Depot) snapped at the base. Unfortunately I did not opt for an electronic recipes so even though it was a Home Depot product, and I ship here every week, I was not given a refund. Lowe's just earned my business from now on.

The Home Depot has been my "go to" since 1986! Unfortunately, they have lost my loyalty. The owners/founders certainly do not need the money, yet they have restructured their return policy. That was one reason I was a great customer. It's a hardware store & no one wants to be one screw, but or elbow short in the middle of a Fox, so we buy more & return. Now if you don't, no matter if they still carry or not, they won't give you a credit. That SUCKS! I will be shopping around from now on. I ordered something on line recently & after it was delayed multiple times (4x), do you think they made any concessions with me? Old HD would have sent free or minimally sent a gift card to apologize & let me know they appreciate my business. New HD probably wanted to charge me an inconvenience fee?! I'm VERY disappointed!!! My return was a package of mini bolts, a couple PVC elbows & some little light bulbs that didn't work. They still carry them all!!! new policy doesn't make sense!!

The Home Depot discriminates military veterans. I've been going to Home Depot for years and after showing my military ID I received a small discount. It felt good. Unfortunately, The Home Depot at Merchants Walk in Marietta, GA decided that veterans without smart phones are no longer part of The Home Depot veteran community. What a shame! I tend to think it is a civil rights violation and when I have time I plan to talk to an attorney about t it.

I went into this location to order a washer and dryer for delivery, after I paid they told me it would take 3 weeks to deliver which wasn't great because we were moving into a new home but I agreed to it. 3 weeks rolls around and they're late for delivery and haven't reached out so I call just to find out the sales women put in two dryers to be delivered instead of a washer and dryer!! When I asked what I should do they told me to return them and reorder and wait another 3 weeks!! And that I had to wait for the dryers to be delivered to tell the guys to take them back in order to get my refund but the delivery guys never came!!! And when I checked the update it said they came to my home and we did not answer when we were here all day long and have a ring camera that notifies us if anyones at the door... needless to say I will be going to lowes for my washer and dryer along with any other appliances I need for my home. Home Depot is not helpful or smart enough to put in the correct order, don't waste your time or money. If I could give them no stars I would!

My refrigerator died suddenly. Went to the Marietta Dallas Highway Home Depot and easily found someone in appliances. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and was careful to ensure it was deliverable within a week. Great customer service! My refrigerator was delivered as agreed and installed with no problems; my old broken one was hauled away and the delivery guys were careful and clean. Highly recommend!

This is a complaint for my parents and will be our final step before proceeding with legal action against Home Depot- We purchased a washer and dryer combo through Home Depot on Dallas Highway in early 2021. The first set was delivered and the washing machine did not function properly. Every company has it faults. In college I worked for Home Depot. It was a great experience because my location was frequently visit by Mr Marcus and Mr Blank on a weekly basis. They would drive home each week to serve the customer first and foremost. That was 1996! I have carried those teaching and passion for the customer with me along each journey in my career but it is sad to see at least this location has not. Purchased carpet for the only room in my house which has carpet. The process was full of flaws and finger pointing that it pissed me off of what this company used to be. Now I am at the mercy of a installer (Romanoff Renovations) who don't give a dang about the customer. Many details here but I will spare those due to the length. In short I have manage my purchase more than Home Depot did and they are the ones who contracted the installer not me. The process is far from professional. Pay a little more money and get it done right unless you have time to manage everything. I don't. Sad to see the HD brand go down the tubes like this location has.
