“Great experience at Accurate Care Automotive! I came in worried about a strange noise, and Gage took the time to figure out exactly what was going on. It turned out my parking brake cable was rubbing against my tire. He fixed the issue free of charge, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly kind and honest.

“They do amazing work on wheels. This is the place to go. Only issue .. if you have a Rivian, make sure to look under the vehicle with the person that checks you in. I even brought jacking pads and stressed in person to use the jacking pads only. They insisted they used my jacking pad, but I’m fairly certain they used it incorrectly. The jacking pad itself (never used) is pretty well chewed up on both top and bottom.. and under the vehicle it’s obvious something was used to either hold it up, or jack it up incorrectly. All the marks were fresh, but the shop insisted the pad / puck was used correctly .. this is the spot where it was lifted incorrectly ( the truck was only lifted once previously by Rivian at Rivian .. and I’m certain this didn’t exist prior ..”

“A huge part of what made the visit so positive was the shop manager, Phillip. He was genuinely kind and took the time to thoroughly explain all the required maintenance before any repairs were started. Any additional services were also explained in detail. I truly appreciated the fact that I did not feel pressured to accept extra work, which is a stark contrast to my past experiences at dealerships.
The entire team, from Phillip to the staff and mechanics, was friendly and honest, and the pricing was very reasonable.

“Easy experience and can’t beat the cost for the quality of work. They have all type of nice cars getting worked on so you can trust them to take care of yours. I pulled up on a Friday for a quote and set an appt for Monday at the same time. They fixed my curbed wheels and put on new tires on my bmw for me with no issues. I was unsure if anyone would be able to match the color of my bronze/gold wheels but they did with ease. They even put my wheel lock key exactly where I left it w/o asking.
Edit: I just had them powercoat all the wheels and put on a new tire on my jeep too.”
