“The people at this discount tire are fantastic! originally went to them because my tire wouldn't hold air. They found the spot and fixed. After this amazing experience I went back just to talk about comparing their price of tires with Costco's price of tires that were on sale. Discount tire had better tires that were less money than Costco's tires that were even ON SALE. So better tires and less money... that was a no brainer. The last time I went to Firestone they put on the hubcap incorrectly such that they covered tire stem. Brought it over to discount tire and they happily got it fixed quickly despite it not even being a problem they created. I trust them - they do things right.”
“I stopped in just before closing earlier this week because My van had trouble starting. The manager, Blake, was friendly and helpful. He had a technician test The battery right away. Since they did not have the correct battery in stock, he ordered it And the shop installed it for me very quickly the next morning. Based on the interaction between the manager and the technician, it was easy to See that these people enjoy what they do, and they are focused on customer satisfaction. I appreciate, honest, friendly service and I will take my van. They are the next time I need any thing done.”
“They do amazing work on wheels. This is the place to go. Only issue .. if you have a Rivian, make sure to look under the vehicle with the person that checks you in. I even brought jacking pads and stressed in person to use the jacking pads only. They insisted they used my jacking pad, but I’m fairly certain they used it incorrectly. The jacking pad itself (never used) is pretty well chewed up on both top and bottom.. and under the vehicle it’s obvious something was used to either hold it up, or jack it up incorrectly. All the marks were fresh, but the shop insisted the pad / puck was used correctly .. this is the spot where it was lifted incorrectly ( the truck was only lifted once previously by Rivian at Rivian .. and I’m certain this didn’t exist prior ..”
“We had an emergency situation with our C8 Corvette and a flat tire.
We went to Butler Tires & Wheels in Marietta, Georgia. Our interface was Ryan Merhi… and he was awesome! We can’t thank him enough for his assistance and expertise!! His company was the only one in North Georgia that had the equipment to remove a Corvette Tire to even determine why it had gone flat!!! They found the nail and we were fortunate enough to find out that they could repair it. Apparently that is not always the case. Thank you!!!!”

“I bought a Mercedes sprinter a while back and finally got it on the road to deliver medical supplies & freight. My cash flow was low so I took the risk of getting my first load before getting it serviced. I made it from Charleston, South Carolina to Mount Sterling Kentucky to Atlanta where it indeed broke down. I immediately started Googling and when I found Malone's I felt deep down that this was the place for me. When we got there all I saw were Foreign vehicles which gave me more confidence because I believe in finding specialists to do special work. Being from South Carolina, it was pretty stressful breaking down in Atlanta with not much family & friends available. When I tell you they made me feel welcomed to stay while they work on my vehicle
that's an understatement. I was there all day laughing and joking with Tre & Adam too.
Because I had to leave it overnight they even gave me a loner Cherokee to drive around and take care of business while they got me straight! Overnight too! What a HUGE blessing, and stress reliever.
The next morning I go to pick up the Sprinter And not only did they fix the main problem, they also replaced 2 of my fuses, which I could go deeper into but for sake of time I'll wrap this up. Oh yeah,
One of them even got my vents to work properly again which wasn't even on the bill!
When I tell you that I absolutely love these people I mean it. I can call and get questions answered anytime they're open. That means a lot because most places where I'm from don't do that. I won't let anyone touch my van if I can help it but these guys, I don't care how far I have to tow it! That ought to tell you something!

“Amazing service. There is a very nice woman named Tamara that took care of me and handled everything perfectly. Super lovely talking to her and made the whole experience of going to get my car fixed very nice and stress-free. This shop was the only ones able to fix my car tire after other places couldn’t find the problem. Took them 20 min to fix and send me on my way.
