Run….& run fast. So many more agency in the area like Mel Clemons for one. Anywhere but here. No accountability for mistakes very unprofessional & uneducated about the business they are attempting to run. My advice? Go elsewhere. Please save yourself the trouble. I’m sure all the good reviews are from employees trying to spruce the place up there’s no help close your doors.

Very very poor customer service . Very rude people works at this place . Please stay away from this agency and agent . They have no clue what they are doing . Total waste of time and energy. Stay away .

Unresponsive. Was looking to switch rep offices and speak with someone regarding my current policy and discounts. Ended up going with The Douglass Agency in Marietta.
