Met Dr Quinn Milby and her assistant, Nancy, today. I can honestly say, I have never experienced a more calm and relaxed environment. You could feel the true love they have for the animals and the pet parents. It was time for 2 vaccines, and our cat didn’t even flinch. Best vet experience I have ever had and we have had pets for decades

Dr. Justin Oguni treated a stray cat for us. He provided a very detailed review of the work performed. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail. He personally called me back the next two days as the blood work results came in. It was obvious that he cared deeply for our stray. The facility is as clean as any medical facility I have been cared for in. And the bill was substantially less than I expected it to be. I can not say enough positive things about the experience

I love this vet clinic! Everyone is so nice. They probably do this to everyone, but they always compliment my cat’s looks and behavior. It really feels like they truly like her. They always explain everything thoroughly and presented me with multiple treatment options. Great place!

Since moving to the area, we have taken all our pups here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and does a great job of educating vs just telling you what to do.

I recently visited The Veterinary Clinic at the Avenues and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their services. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure to answer all of my questions. I felt very comfortable leaving my pet in their hands. The whole team was very professional and knowledgeable, which made me feel confident that my pet was receiving the best care possible. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone looking for a place with a friendly and professional staff

In my opinion, this animal hospital or veterinar clinic is poor and not reputable. I get shots for my dogs allergies and they charge me 150 which may be more now. Another clinic told me due to the fact that I am a single mom, which this clinic knew as well, that I could have my dog take Zyrtex which would help with the cost and still keep my dog healthy. More than one time I asked the clinic I'm writing this opinion on, who knew she had allergies and I was paying a fortune for the shots, to help me as she gets ear infections. and having to pay for a floater to test for ear infections more often, instead of an ear exam with scope, like they do for children and then give then antibiotics, as my dog gets them every other month and more than 200.00 a month as part of the math equation is expensive. It is/ was a reoccurring condition. Not only did they not call me back and when I called them back the receptionist said the doctor refused to help without the upcost in procedure even though she had been treated there for the like. In addition, they did not offer information on insurance plans when I asked for that help as well. How I feel is this,; simply put my opinion in all the above and furthermore below, if you really care about animals and you want the best health and you see a single mother, who is trying to afford an animal that she took on, not knowing that it was sick but has taken on the loving responsibility willingly, and who walks her dog almost every day or takes her outside to play, In addition, gives her only fish diets due to allergies and reads the packages, gives her allergy chewables, gets her groomed too add another $150 every three months and can provide all the receipts of this and also gives her puzzles and games as she is a solo dog and she cares about health of animals cognitive as well and is giving her the upmost care as a humane person being an owner of a loving beautiful sweet dog, then why can't your team, reference insurance and if it's a reoccurring condition, you should offer to treat that as such and give any possible solution that would cost less. Your a well-established business. You can do that, that it is called a humane society. Furthermore these are my opinions and I will find another clinic this is the second review I have ever written in my life.
