Please avoid this place at all costs. I sent in an email as requested, to get a quote for a repair. This is what the website allows. I got no response, so I called. The owner of the shop asked me what was going on with my car. I gave a detailed account which was about 15 minutes because I wanted him to understand. He was huffing and puffing as I told my story, almost like he was aggravated. When I got to the end of the story, I literally broke down and started crying because I've been having this issue for 2 months. He kind of laughed and said I'm at least two weeks out for scheduling. I ask him why he would not have told me that at the beginning. I wished him a good day and went about my day. A few hours later I get a call. It is from him. He is irate because I left the poor review. I had not written anything, at that point. I had just left one star. Customer service is a part of the entire experience . His customer service skills were horrible over the phone to me. I made a screenshot of when he called me back. If you choose to talk to him or use his facility, be very careful because this is kind of stalkerish Behavior. He threatened me and said he would talk to Google and get any written review pulled down. I tried explaining to him that you cannot do that. Feel free to try. Enjoy the 4.9 should had left it alone. If I telephone call is the first line of customer service, then do better

Tommy is the reason my 2007 bmw is still kicking. This man is honest, transparent & does great work. Haven’t taken my car anywhere else since I found his shop. Stop shopping around & trust that Ultimate Motorwerks can do the job.

I own a BMW X5, originally took my truck in for an oil change, and gave Tommy plenty of resistance, he remained patient and in the end I realize I had been trusting the wrong people with my truck so much that when I finally found a great mechanic I could trust, I was paranoid. Typical woman problems In all the talk, I eventually called T for every little thing I felt was going on with my truck…Before Ultimate Motorweks, I was originally told a list of things that was wrong with my truck ($6,000+ worth of repairs) so I wanted him to fix that. He checked my truck on his own and also said things like “before, let’s see and make sure, so you don’t just go spending unnecessary money.”Ultimate motorwerks is not out to take your money, and you will see that the service is worth EVERY penny.Ultimate motorwerks does honest work and great work.I made a suggestion on what I felt would help repair wise and he did take that into consideration but he also made sure I didn’t go too far with my ideas and go spending money on everything I thought it could be.In the end my check engine light and truck “jumping” was solved, my break sensor was repaired. I also had a break light out and it was originally stated I may have to spend 200 plus (something about it being blown) he came and told me it would be a simple light replace. Without a doubt this was the BEST experience I have ever had when getting my auto serviced. I have a 9 year old Mini Cooper and have been using a dealership and one other local, independent auto shop for years with very mixed results. I am so grateful to have found Tommy at the Ultimate Motorwerks!! He called when he said he would call, he checked/fixed everything I asked him to check/fix and he delivered my car sooner than I thought was possible - all for a very reasonable price. Unbelievable!! He and his shop are fabulous!! I cannot say enough good things about the Ultimate Motorwerks.
