DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! They will lie to you. They will make returning anything close to impossible. We bought 11 decorative tiles lose. NOT in a box. They ring it up as a full box plus one, so when I had to take 3 back I was told I couldn't do it because I bought a full box so I can only return full box. Made me jump through hoops for just $60 return after spending over 6k with them. They do have some nice designs but way over priced and no ethics.

Wide selection and knowledge staff. Very helpful. If ya need design help this is the place to go. If ya know what you want you might get better pricing elsewhere

My experience at The Tile Shop was amazing. Tiffany was so helpful, making me feel as if I was her only customer. She offered e pert advice and helped me figure out what I really wanted.
Her follow up with delivery was very helpful making everything so easy for me. The showroom is beautiful and arranged in a way that made choosing simple. Truly a great experience!

Tracy, a Sales Associate at The Tile Shop on Barrett Parkway, was absolutely top notch! He was instrumental in assisting us to find just the right tile for our small bathroom that was to be remodeled with a wonderful Boca Walk-in Tub. The tile had to brighten the windowless bathroom and also compliment the "new look.". It did everything we wanted - and more. The selections that Tracy showed us were all so beautiful that it was difficult at first - trying to choose the right one. With his expertise, patience and kindness the perfect tile was selected with the matching grout, chair rail and baseboard. Our completed bathroom project is a work of art - absolutely stunning, practical and up-to-date. Together, with Tracy advising us and our great tile artisan doing the tile, we were comfortable knowing the completed project would be awesome - and it was. Thank you so much Tracy. We will be back and requesting you as our Sales Associate.

I just received TOP customer service from Arlete. Incredible experience. She helped me do everything I needed while staying at the front of the store to watch my son sleep in car safely. Didn’t have to lift a finger. Will definitely be back and recommend in the future !!

Would not recommend, don’t waste your money and time here, we grabbed and caulk and the guy told us it was non returnable and when we got home and wanted to use it, it was dry and paid $27. Also, I placed and order online and also paid shipping and it took a very long time to get here, I had to call them toremind them to send my grout. The guy in the store had really bad manners as well and tried humiliating us asking very stupid questions even making fun of us. It has been our worst experience. Just go to Lowe’s, the Home Depot or floor and decor….not even worth the time going here, the guy didn’t let us see anything by our selves, it’s like we were going to steal something from the store. If you are going to treat people like sh1t, don’t sell or work in customer service.

We can't say enough good about Michelle Colley and all the help she provided us with our renovation project. She went way above the call of duty even staying an hour extra for us on a Friday night. 100% pleasant and helpful with great ideas and thorough as we appreciate. We will be working with her again in the future!

Had a good selection, but no customer service. We walked around for 28 minutes past employees just standing behind desks. Not one person approached us or asked if they could help. I am buying tile for my kitchen floor, backsplash, and four bathrooms. I am about to spend thousands of dollars on tile but just ended up taking pictures so I can order or buy it from someone else.

I had been working with Michelle at the Tile Shop in Marietta. But one day my contractor was working on my backsplash, and he needed more material. I immediately ran to the Tile Shop and Michelle was off that day. Arlette immediately stepped in and came to the rescue. She diligently searched in the store and warehouse for the specific edging I needed. When she discovered that it was not available in their store, she immediately called the Dunwoody store. Thankfully they had it. Arlette offered without my asking to drive on her personal time to the Dunwoody store and pickup what I needed and then drive it to my house, and that is what she did! The crisis was averted because the contractor had already told me that he would have to stop working if the material was not at my home very quickly. Arlette went over and above the call of duty. She did this on her own time, not the company's. She drove her personal car and refused to allow me to pay for her gas. Where do you get customer service like that? No where, I would say. I have not ever experienced such wonderful customer care ever before.

We had a horrible and costly experience buying tile here. The Tile Shop retails at a higher price point than many competitors but we definitely didn’t get higher quality. We spent about $800 on tiles for one bathroom wall and about the same amount to have it installed. We used an installer recommended by The Tile Shop and the craftsmanship was appalling. The installer also cut all of the tiles inside our garage, covering our cars, appliances, jackets, shoes, etc. with dust. It took a day to clean it all. The installer offered to come back and fix the tile work and clean our cars. However, we did not feel comfortable letting them back in our home. They still have this installer at the top of their recommended list. Beware of this company!
