PLEASE READ EDIT****. Honestly 2.5 stars but there are other reviews from residents who share similar issues as I. One, interior damages and marks left from previous tenants, faulty wiring and appliances, false claims of preferred employee rent discount (even officiated and set in lease) still charged full price, false confirmations of maintenance request services rendered, amenities and security of complex not present and/or not in place, etc. I mean it’s ups and downs many small things and big things close and far apart that just make what can be a very pleasant place not so. Just often times feel what should be our comfort zone and safe place just isn’t that.
**EDIT** It’s I suppose one of those cases of who you talk to and the work ethic behind them. Monica and team put the team on their back and went to work! Once she became aware of the issues and difficulties, not days later, within the hour, were tasks, concerns, even problems I was experiencing that weren’t even mentioned, she noticed on her own, were dealt with.
Closed mouths don’t get fed. Let em know and I am a fat happy tenant. Hopefully the humor and saying are picked up on. If not it means thank you Monica and other BH staff for your service and time. A1

This complex replaced my reliable internet service with a terrible ISP. I used to have AT&T fiber, but was forced out without my consent unexpectedly. They want ALL residents to sign up for "Aerwave," a questionable 3rd Party ISP with HORRIBLE reviews in terms of service, as well as 'include' a wireless fee to your rent that you can NOT opt out of.
DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE QUALITY INTERNET!! YOU WILL LOSE SERVICE IF YOU COME TO THESE APARTMENTS!!

Lived here for 2 weeks and our car was stolen… Anything positive to say so far is completely over written by that experience. We’ve lived in apartment for years and have never had anything like this happen!
EDIT: Michelle from the Leasing team asked us to forward the police report, then proceeded to send a false statement to resident saying that the cars were only being targeted and broken into, not stolen. I asked her to correct their statement, which she said "We consulted with our corporate office on the correspondence to deliver to the residents based on the incident reports submitted and this is what was relayed to us." So lying is okay now? Hmm.. Also, they’ve been in the process of "fixing the gate" for at least a year.
Michelle, I work in architecture/construction. I can help you get bids and pricing figured out for the gates, if that's actually your problem. With the high amount of community fees we pay to maintain laundry rooms that have homeless people sleeping in them, a cracked tennis court, and dirty pools, I'm sure there's an option in your budget that works.

I’ve lived here for over 4 years and it’s been a rough go at first - but Candela Mendez helped me moved to a better and renovated apartment and was SO AMAZINGLY HELPFUL through the whole process. Very happy in my new home!

Horrible move-in process. The leasing office lied to me saying they sent me my lease but they didn't & when I confronted them about it they finally told the truth after asking to have the managers email. They sent me my lease less than 24hr of my move in. If I had more time I would not live here at all!!!

PLEASE believe the countless reviews warning of roaches !!!! Lord only knows how much I wish I would have listened because now I have spent all of my money on trying to battle an endless infestation that will never be resolved if the rest of the building has them, and it would be impossible for them to not also have them. And I can’t even get an email back from management and the response to my maintenance request was “call us in 2 weeks.” I did not want to leave a public review, and I wouldn’t have if I felt like even ONE person in management was somewhat sympathetic and proactive in this situation.
I also don’t know how the roaches can possibly stand the horrible cigarette smoke smell. So in summary, I am now that person who reeks of cigs and has roaches crawling out of my things, awesome things happening.

I was asked by management to do a review of the move in experience. The office staff is nice and provided some assistance during the leasing process, however they are difficult to get in touch with, be prepared to call and email multiple times. They defer entirely to the centralized department during leasing which was a huge headache. BH management leasing process was bureaucratic nightmare and uses a 3rd party called Two Dots that is very difficult to communicate with and deal with. If you have any income or job setup outside of the norm, be prepared to spend hours jumping through hoops or possibly even get denied and be out hundreds of dollars for the non-refundable application and “administration” fees. I was told conflicting information by the centralized screening office vs the office staff locally. Once I was approved, I was told I had to sign that day to receive the promised signing benefit even though the delays were out of my control. Once I moved in, there were maintenance problems that should have been addressed long before I signed the lease. The fridge was broken, the bathroom fan filter was dirty, the furnace and water heater exhaust pipes were not attached correctly, and the gas pipes going to those units had multiple leaks according to Atlanta Gas and Light. Currently, the pool is green with algae, clearing needing maintenance and the gate is broken and I don’t think there are plans to fix it. Ask lots of questions and test EVERYTHING before officially moving in.

A beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium. The service in the office is very good, they are very polite and courteous, offering the best options and prices. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Roberto for the great service and cordiality.

This complex is great and the staff is top notch. Roberto helped me find the perfect apartment and took the time to show me different floor plans to meet my needs. He also gave me some great recommendations for nearby stores and restaurants.
Move in Day Update
When I came to check in to my apartment, Roberto came through again before I even signed the lease he took me to see my apartment and he told me that he had asked the maintenance to “fix up the balcony” because it has some damage which I thought meant they were going to patch and paint. But when I got to the apartment, they were building me a whole new railing from scratch! So while they were working on that, I went back to the office to sign my paperwork. By the time I finished signing, the staff was putting on the last coat of paint. So I got a whole new balcony on move in day! And all the staff were kind and friendly. I think I am going to like it here.

My mom stayed here for 3 years and she’s had 0 complaints. I’ve crashed at her place a few times during this period and I’ve had no complaints as well. Would def recommend.

We were approved for an apartment for a couple of months prior to our selected move in date. We were then informed only two days before our move in date that the apartment was not actually available yet and they couldn't guarantee that they would have an apartment available for us. This may be acceptable for some, but it isn't acceptable for me as my current lease is about to end and now I have nowhere to live with only a couple of days to figure out what to do. I have lived in plenty of apartments over the years and this is the first time something like this has happened.
