Spending all this money on a renovated apartment just for there to be multiple problems . Appliances don’t work , microwave broke , stains on the carpet & etc . . Instead of providing NEW carpet. They so call “clean” it instead which is crazy . It hasn’t even been a whole month yet & im slowly starting to regret my decision .

She answered all my questions with so much patience and gave me all the information needed. Beyond the fantastic team, the apartments themselves are nothing short of beautiful!?

Been here almost 4 months and hate it. Roach infested , not enough parking , huge puddles right outside the entrance to my building every time it rains , half my outlets don't work , floor is creaky as crap , walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from other units. I'm so ready for my lease to be over so I can move. Worst complex I've ever lived in.

This will be a long one but I just feel the need to explain since i normally only review food.The only good thing about this place is the maintenance staff, they are always friendly and helpful. Other than that… this place is a nightmare. The display apartment that was shown was much nicer than what we got. The floors are uneven, there was water damage everywhere especially inside the water heater. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything. And the roaches…. you can just see the pic and videos attached. We submitted pest control request almost every week and they “resolve” the issue and it was never fixed. It was disgusting seeing a place you called home infested with roaches. The carelessness of the leasing staff is also what made me give this place a one star as well. Liz and Jenny are very helpful at first but mistakes just keeps happening.Example-1. turning in the keys and still getting charged for it which was eventually fixed a couple days later.2. Going to ny for a week and came home to our locks being changed and locked out of our apartment. They came to fix our water damage and left the dehumidifier in the apartment. Shouldn’t apartments have a spare key for emergencies? We also let them know multiple times we were coming back saturday when leasing office was going to be closed and was REASSURED we wouldnt be locked out.3. Trying to end the lease and this nightmare and was told it would be 3 months rent.There are so many things that wasnt mentioned. The brivo app never worked for the entirety of our stay there (used for access to laundry and pool) and was never fixed. The leasing team tries and resolve issues half way but save your money and go somewhere else. I chose this place for convenience and the location but please please please save yourself the headache and do not move here.

I signed a contract for a specific apartment as I was moving from out of state. I did everything they wanted, and paid for the apartment. I was supposed to pick up the keys but was late to do so because they were closing early for the holidays. I tried the following days but was told they’re off the weekend. Long story short, they gave my apartment, the one I paid for , to another applicant on the grounds that not picking up the keys on time nulled the contract. Truth is, nothing in the contract specifically says that. How can you reallocate an apartment I’ve already paid for? Why don’t you let me worry about loosing money instead for not occupying the place on time. Anyway, they gave me another apartment without the amenities in the first. Since I was moving in from another state and don’t have the time to start another application from another estate, I had to go with what was available. I guess I’m stuck with that one for now. What a “beautiful “ way of welcoming someone to your estate!!!! Lord, I hope this day is good.

They would not allow us to view the apartment we rented until after we already signed the lease. They will show you a display apartment that’s much nicer than what you end up with and by the time you see your apartment it’s already too late. The place has had roaches in it since day 1. They use paint to cover up imperfections in the bathtub and tiles in the bathroom that starts peeling and chipping more and more each time you use the shower. The floor is uneven and creaky on the upper level, 3 different doors coming off their hinges, nasty goo and dust left on top of cabinets out of sight, neighbors smoking inside which seeps into the surrounding apartments. Only good thing I have to say about it is the maintenance guys respond pretty quickly and do a decent job on the things they’re willing and able to fix. We were told we would need to vacate the apartment for 3 days for them to repaint our bathtub though. If I could do it again I would definitely look elsewhere for an apartment because I feel like I’ve been scammed into moving here. It isn’t worth it. Oh and during the summer our ac went out twice and the interior temperature rose to 85 degrees, we had 1 month old newborn twins at the time. Took almost a week for them to repair out ac, and once they did it went out again after a week. I mentioned it to the leasing office and one of the men suggested that I “open a window” as if that were the solution to the problem.

Melody king is a 10/10 agent for this company. Without a doubt, the best person to work with. Skilled with a great attitude, compassion for her career, and a work ethic like no other… I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone to go the extra mile. Customer service, honesty and communication is always shown when working with her. Couldn’t have any one better to work with.

I’m going on my third year at this complex and I really love the area. It’s very central and everything I need is within a 10min drive. My neighbors are great and there are minimal issues.My only complaint is that it takes a while for maintenance to get things done. I often have to remind the leasing office 2-3 times before the issues are addressed. But they are very professional and I really like living here.

Took a month to get a working toilet , place is infested with roaches , downstairs neighbor blasts bass music everyday , all day. I’ve mentioned it multiple times to the leasing office and nothing has been done. Garbage everywhere. Not enough parking. Half my outlets don’t work. Worst 1BR layout I’ve ever seen. No one looked at this apartment before I moved in. Been here a month and already looking forward to moving. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

Moving here is the worst decision I've ever made. Maintenance does not care about you. Noise is a huge issue as well. Garbage trucks sometimes come at 4am, your neighbors will blast music through all hours of the night, people will get into (sometimes violent) arguments in the hallways. On a good day, the only noise issues are loud barking dogs (I've filmed this -- goes on for 20+ minutes, happens at least 2-3x a day on average) and people loudly talking outside. I fully understand that people are well within their rights to talk outside and that's not my issue. I should not be able to clearly hear your conversations, nor should it be so loud that I'm woken up.As many others have mentioned, the roach infestation is also a huge issue. I keep my wndow open for fresh air and have watched roaches climb in through there. Truly disgusting. Also, the paint is peeling and many appliances were broken when I moved in.The leasing office does not care about you. They'll also spam your email with constant (as in 3+ times daily, 6+ if you count the English and Spanish versions separately) reminders about community events. Then, they talk to residents (collectively through email) like they're children regarding policies about the pool (which I fully understand are not usually respected -- my issue is the tone) while doing absolutely nothing about issues like noise.For the amount I pay in rent, I expect to at least be able to sleep through the night and maybe go a day or two without constant yelling or arguing outside my apartment.

This apartment complex isn't up to par, despite its attractive exterior. Unfortunately, the maintenance here leaves a lot to be desired – my appliances seem to call it quits more often than not. On top of that, my building's got a roach problem that I've brought up with the leasing office several times. It's safe to say I'll be looking for a new place to call home sooner rather than later.

I was helped by Melody during the initial apartment and grounds touring. She was so friendly and extremely informative. She answered all of my partner and mine’s questions. Usually when i go for a tour the office seems too busy or uninterested but not with Melody. She was warm and courteous which made the process less stressful. Thanks to her we found an amazing unit that fits out budget and needs and even when issues arrived Melody was prompt and attentive to help us solve it. I cant wait to start living here and I'm hopeful with the office staff and their amazing first impression!

Maintenance helped me with two issues the same day that I submitted my request. That’s a rare find at an apartment community now a days! As always, the guys were super friendly while always being professional. I’m a single woman and have never felt uneasy having any member of maintenance in my apartment with me. As a 38 year old single woman, this is very important to me. They also assisted me with a HUGE and HEAVY box that I needed to take to the dumpster and was unable to do so by myself. The team went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it!
