I had a problem with my first mattress. The mattress I tested was on an adjustable bed frame and it was a split king. It felt perfect but I tried 3 other ones just to be sure.
When I got my new mattress it wasn't anything like the mattress in the store! It was like laying on a concrete floor, Way too hard. I called the sales lady and talked to her about it and she said that it was the same. She had me take a picture of the label on my mattress so she could check. I was so disappointed! She said that they have a topper that I could buy for 120.00 that would help so I bought it. But it didn't work.
After about a week of suffering I called the store and this time I talked to a different sales lady and told her I was coming back to the store to see what I could find.
After laying back down on the same split king it was still perfect. I talked to her about it and she said that they had the same mattress in the store but in a queen size. I said down on it and it was just like my mattress was hard as a rock!
I told her if the other sales lady had told me that they had it in a queen size I wouldn't have bought it!
So I had to pay 25 percent of the cost of the new mattress extra and return my first mattress! I was thinking that because of the other sales lady didn't tell me that they had it in the showroom in a queen in the first place I would have never bought it!! She couldn't help me with that because she was in sale's and not a manager.
When I went to the main office today I explained it to the people there. I will be trying to get in touch with the sales manager or someone else to get this taken care of because I spent 1000.00 for the first mattress and 120. For the topper and another 160.00 for the new mattress that was only 650.00!
So all I can say is be very careful when you buy from them, They do not accept returns. Only a one time deal when it's a comfort problem.
The store is nice clean well arranged nice a cool inside. Sales people are nice.
I will never buy a mattress from them ever again!

I wanted a normal firm mattress. No pillow top stuff or foam. I need this for my back. Salesman was very attentive. Showed me the options for what I wanted and in the price range I wanted. Mattress, box spring with shipping less than $900 and I was in and out in 20 minutes. He did try to up sell but hey that's part of the game. I said no and pointed to what I wanted. He didn't argue. I was so happy I went there. If you want the old reliable type mattress with springs you can flip and turn for years, this is your place. And reasonable priced for the amount of years you'll have it. PS - You actually can watch the guys making them, it truly is a factory.

I have owned no fewer than five OMF mattresses. The most recent being the one pictured in this review which replaced a 12 year old one of the same specs . This version of the Orthopedic ultra plush has been the most uncomfortable BRICK of a mattress we have ever owned . We have had it about 8 weeks and have both woken up to aches and pains daily . The left side of the mattress is folding at the top ( I am 180# ) and the right side is slightly folding . The mattress is also sloping to the left ……………… we are receiving a comfort replacement today which after tax and delivery is costing about 550.00 in addition to the original purchase . The initial purchase of the mattress was great as usual and the assistance with the replacement was fine although OMF showed little interest in why one is replacing a very expensive investment after only 8 weeks . I have chosen the pillow top version of this bed as a replacement and will see if it meets the quality of past purchases and will follow up with this review in a few weeks ……………… follow up : received the replacement mattress( I paid the comfort fee) and the delivery team was timely and courteous . OMF reached out to me to see why I gave a two star review and assured me that they would follow up once they received the first mattress back to the warehouse and took a look at it . “Crickets”. Never heard a word so can only assume that nothing in my original purchase was defective in their view and it was simply my issue with the comfort of the first one . I personally just feel the quality has changed from my other purchases as I still sleep on a identical older OMF bed at a second home and it is still wonderful : as far as the replacement goes it’s fine but nothing great and will get replaced sometime in the next few weeks when I have time to do this all over again . I adjusted my rating to one star for the simple reason I never heard back from anyone at OMF even though they claimed otherwise . It’s funny when people “leave a voicemail” yet it’s so easy to track that on a smart phone and yes the point is taken to definitely move to another brand of mattress as you age because nothing stays the same ……… FINAL update ; gave the mattress to a nephew for his guest bedroom ; after rarely using it for a year and a half even his guests couldn’t take how uncomfortable it was and he replaced it with another brand .

John was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. His service made our experience such a positive one. Spending so much money is never fun, but we are confident in our purchase based on his helpful attitude and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.*Update. People were nice, product is bad. We tested many mattresses in the store before purchasing the correct support for our needs. The item delivered says it is the same product that we selected in the store but there is no possible way it is the same product. It was delivered yesterday and last night's sleep, or lack thereof was horrible! The product delivered was SIGNIFICANTLY more firm/hard than the item we tested in the store. Now we are stuck with this product and very displeased.

Knowledgeable staff and very helpful. We tried a ton of good mattresses as well. It was all very clean. They give you a personal sham to throw over the bed before trying it.

Updating my previous review because 3 1/2 years have gone by and the two beds we bought are worn out. OMF sent a rep who arranged to pick up our king mattress and "inspect and fix it." Friendly service was great and he put in new padding. It helped a little but the bed was still lumpy with wires or springs poking that were very painful.

I bought the split king adjustable bed with the latex last November. Tucker made his presentation, showed us various types of beds, and we never felt pressured at all. This is, by far, the best bed we have ever had. Our bed has remote night lights on the bottom of each side and each remote works flawlessly. I wanted to wait a year before posting. This is a true test of the bed and I hope my positive experience helps you with making your decision. Thanks
