Mrs. Bonita is wonderful in the leasing office is a life saver, to say the least. She has been my leasing manager to maintenance woman and much more. She definitely deserves 5 stars. The place does need some work done but I can truly say Mrs. Bonita is doing everything she can to make sure it gets done. I truly appreciate her!

We had a great experience as soon as we walked in the office. We were defeated due to being told no multiple times and Ms. Bonita instantly lifted our spirits and gave us hope. She was very informative on everything and had great customer service all around. We really appreciate her!! Five stars for sure.

Brionna Mouzon and Mercedes are awesome! They are responsive to our every need. We love our apartment here! It is spacious and neighbors are super nice. They are making some great improvements too!

Do not rent from these people. They had rats come and ruin my things. Even though I had insurance on my unit. They didn’t want to approve my claim. The manager won’t return calls emails or text. Trust me how it looks on the outside it looks on the inside.

We’ve been here since late September and so far no problems. They have been short staffed for a while but have a new team now who’s working as quickly as they can to get maintenance requests done and build up the property. The property manager Ms. Lauren is who I mainly worked with to get moved in and she was awesome,sweet and respectful all the time. The new team responds in a timely manner,the one thing wrong with my unit they got on it asap to resolve. The neighborhood is full of friendly people and pets.I really hope this team stays I can’t see what great things they do to the neighborhood.

The Pines is a great place! Lauren was awesome with helping my son with getting his first place. She walked him through the process and took time with answering all of out questions. The unit is spacious and perfect for his first apartment. Lauren made sure my son’s moving process was enjoyable. Thanks Lauren!

I did a tour of this location with Lauren a few days ago and she was very nice and professional. The property had a lot of great upside and i would love to move in one of these units once one is available. Very nice people and a very nice area.

Every since the new manager took over, she been doing outstanding job, trying to get the apartments together and I see that she moved a lot of people in here and made a lot of upgrades that was necessary Ms. Lauren answer our needs and concerns.. Great job
