Decent apartments, great leasing staff but bad ventilation for first floor apartments. Mold and bugs are an issue but as you view other apartments, that's pretty much normal for these older apartments and price range. Safe and clean community. Maintenance will always have a lot to deal with so go easy on them and be understanding-you ain't the only one placing work orders.

I would advise against moving here. There are constant problems. Since moving in, the dishwasher and washing machine didn't work, the closet shelf fell out of the wall, and there's a bug problem, specifically roaches and flies. Additionally, over 30 flies come into my apartment daily through the vent, and no one answers the phone in the leasing office. Save your money, time, and peace of mind. Not worth $1500+

I’ve lived in these apartments for 2 years. My lease is coming to an end, and i absolutely would have left if they hadn’t hired the new manager Michael. He corrected all the issues management has refused to listen to the entire time I’ve lived here in less than an hour. I really think he’s going to make the Belaire a much better place to live (and I renewed my lease because of him)!

I've been living in this apartment for about 3 years, and i can tell you it was affordable back then, now little by little they start adding more and more fees out of nowhere before it was around $60 extra in top of my monthly rent, BUT NOW THIS PEOPLE ARE CHARGING ME $225 IN TOP OF MY RENT SERIOUSLY

Attention Owner and Coorporate office....Dear apartment complex Owner,Summer just started I work until 5pm pick ups kids from summer camp and arrived at home by 5:45 pm and pool is locked , apparently the manager just want the pool opened during business hours to avoid other people that's not live in the property use the pool, is not enough that we use an access card so as a result we as a resident has to pay for the price , My question to you is , Why my family has to do with that? don't we pay your rent on time? why we now can not use the pool after 5pm in the summer ? why don't pay an extra staff to check resident ID outside outside the pool until is closed if the manager feel is not secure ? answer is cuz it cost money correct, so resident like me hard working people that I'm assure you is 99% on this complex has to pay for Manager brilliant idea, every other day after work me and our neighbor now have to go to other apartment complex because we can't use our own pool ....this is ridiculous seriously everywhere else close at 8pm ,9pm even 10pm and this complex at 5pm my friend that has a pool in her complex lives all the way Atlanta rd in Mableton like 35 minutes is just not make sense to me I'm gonna call corporate this not fair at all. Management only do this in this complex not in other sister community

All of the improvements has made my stay filled with convenances that I've never dreamed of. My canine has a place to walk around in and possibly meet other dogs. There are many different walkways that make daily walking very enjoyable. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Roaches!! They have a guy come out who sprays water apparently, as after he leaves the bugs triple! No sense of urgency to fix the issue, just Interested in getting their rent, despite issues with nasty Bugs! To add insult to injury, you are forced to pay for valet trash service, who do not consistently pick up. So pay for infestation and a service that you won’t receive!!!

I can tell you guys don't want people to live here. I've been calling for weeks to try and get leasing information and no one answers. I even went to your office during your business hours and the door was locked and no one inside. It's fine though I'm glad I know now how you guys run your company.

I love living in BellAire apartment homes, was here 2yrs. Peaceful, conveniently located, Office staff is Amazing, Darrell's response to my Rental Needs is above and beyond..Garrett is always ready to help out where needed. Best apartments in Marietta

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The apartments aren't worth the rental price they're asking. I move out April 29, 2017 and received my closing statement of -$68.00 the end of May. I go to BelAire to speak with the manager about the statement, she confirmed that I didn't owe anything. Actually, told me I'd receive a refund for $68.00. I call today July 14, 2017 to see when am I going receive my refund. The manager tell me that I owe for the water bill of $68.00. So, I'm confuse because I don't want give away my money after the manager have told me face to face I didn't owe anything. I guess it's their way of not giving you your refund.

I was applied for a apartment, they seemed for nice and very helpful. I paid the $250 fee's. $200 refundable if you did not get the apartment. ( So the say !!) . I did not get approved. And what's that it's been over a month and I have yet to receive my $200 back. I call and only one of the people working is polite his name is Garrett. He seemed to at least act like he cared. The property manager refuses to take any type of blame. Even if is just to make me the person seem like you care. I was a little upset and he started treating me like Adam Sandler from "anger management " ( calm down sir, do not scream at me ) mind you my voice was raided but I was at work, I was stern because they have $200 of my money and they refuse to give me a phone number for corporate. I really do not want to have to call a lawyer for $200, ill end of losing money, but they are pushing me to that point!
